"Chiavarotto" was my great-grandfather, and he lived in this farmhouse—built in 1896 by my great-great-grandfather, as evidenced by the date engraved on the facade—until the 1980s.
My father renovated it while preserving its original features.
It has a stone facade, ceilings with original beams and brickwork, terracotta floors, and is largely furnished with pieces from my great-great-grandparents.
The farmhouse is located in the open countryside, surrounded by olive trees and greenery, nestled on over one hectare of privately owned land.
It is laid out as follows: on the first floor, the kitchen; an exterior staircase leading to a hallway; a living room; two connecting double bedrooms; and a bathroom. It features parking and a large courtyard with a barbecue and a wood-fired oven.
Here you’ll find peace and tranquility and can enjoy an atmosphere of days gone by, delighting in unspoiled nature within an authentic rural landscape. You’ll feel as though you’re far away from the world, surrounded by peace and quiet broken only by the sounds of nature.
