Velkommen til denne smukke tre etagers lejlighedskompleks beliggende direkte på Mexicogolfen. Gå lige ud af din dør og gå til den smukke strand. Du vil have din egen private strand, som aldrig er overfyldt som den anden højhuslejlighed i området. Og du vil have to strandstole og en paraply venter på din personlige brug hver morgen i sommermånederne. Tag elevatoren til denne to-etagers hems med flise og gulvtæppe. Denne rummelige lejlighed har 2 soveværelser med king size senge og 2 badeværelser. Fra stue / spisestue har du en flot udsigt over strandene fra din private balkon med udsigt over den skimrende Mexicanske Golf. Det har også en meget flot våd bar og sovesofa. Ovenpå åbner soveværelset ud til en anden balkon. Førerskibet åbner også ud til en privat balkon med udsigt over byen. Du har din egen vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i lejligheden, gratis WIFI og et fuldt udstyret opdateret køkken. Kom og lege i den opvarmede pool og boblebadet på stranden eller gå ud på en af de smukkeste strande i verden.

Best spot in Destin

We had a great time and loved our location. It was so easy to walk to the beach and it was close to food. Having beach chairs ready for us every morning was awesome. The pool and hot tub were great too. Everyone was friendly and it felt safe. I would definitely stay there again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upstairs bed was horrible from cheap sheets that would not stay on over a foam mattress cover. Downstairs no hair dryer. NO Shower! There was one but it was removed. A handheld would have been fine. My friend had a hip replacement and had to come upstairs which was difficult. The couches and Chair very dirty. My friend and I stay here every year and were very disappointed. I always recommend your property but not this unit.

Great Place

The rooms were very spacious and beautiful and the master bath was great but bad water pressure. The bathroom downstairs had great pressure but the toilet was waaay too close to the vanity. All in all a great place to stay right on the beach! Thanks for the great vacation!

Solid

The access to the beach is quick and easy and while the neighbors were crowded, this property was not so we had a nicer beach experience. The chairs and umbrella were out every morning and overall it was a great experience.There’s a great restaurant called the Back Porch about 100 yards away which was convenient. Great food great service there. I recommend renting a car though because the rest of the restaurants need to be driven to or Uber’d.

The condo was beautiful, clean, cozy, and perfect for us (we were on a kid free vacation for the first time in 7 years). With a perfect view of the beach/shoreline, quick and easy checkin/out, and food options in walking distance (The Back Porch is amazing!), we would happily re-book at this location.

Perfect location

The condo was amazing. Since this is a smaller condo complex the beach is not crowed with people like all the other high rises. Only about 20 sets of chairs and umbrellas compared to the others which are jam packed with people. Condo was nicely decorated and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked but don’t forget your salt,pepper, oils, cooking spray. Things like that. We will definitely book this in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Overall the place is fantastic as far as being right on the ocean. The condo could have been a bit cleaner as it looks like they just spot clean after each guest. Under the beds, in the cupboards and in all the corners is very dirty. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes as soon as we opened it. There is a lamp held together with tape. The carpet going upstairs has stains all over that have never been taken care of. The beds are extremely comfortable. The shower in the master bath is really nice. The staff at the front desk are amazing. We did have an amazing week. Couple rainy days. We even used the grills and had amazing pork chops and steak!

We really enjoyed our stay and they were so responsive to any questions that were asked. The view was absolutely gorgeous and relaxing, which is what we were looking for. We hope to be back!

Family Vacation Spot for 15 years and Counting

We have a great time and the accomodations are great. Beach is private, Beach set up everyday is wonderful and Beach boy Nate does a great job. He is very accomodating. THe kids love the pool. we love the BBQ grills. Just a fun place in the middle of everything. We always rent unit 210. Very nice and cool. Bed comfortable and room dark. Also has 2 high chairs on balcony that's great. We will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the booking process months in advance to check-in to checkout everything was perfect. We had a flight delay which put us checking in after 5pm and a simple email solved issue and keys were in a lock box for us. Staff super kind and accommodating. Wife wanted professional photo shoot on the beach, no problem and no charge for parking pass for photographer. View was incredible and right on the ocean. Very clean and plenty of room for family of 7. Easy parking if you rent a car. Beaches well kept. Backporch Seafood and Oyster Bar right next door. Great experience and would stay again no question! Highly recommend specially for large family.

Perfect

We’ve stayed in a lot of beach resorts. This was by far the best experience we’ve had. Great location. The private beach for the condo is amazing. Anything you need is a few minutes away. Room was awesome. If you’re thinking about staying here just book it. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything about it! Condo was amazing and the perfect amount of space! And this section of beach- surrounded by spring break craziness was tranquil- not crowded and perfection!

Excellent location without the crowds

This is an older building but it has been well maintained, was clean, wonderful location in central Destin, and being only three stories tall meant the beach in front was relatively uncrowded, especially compared to the nearby high-rise condos. Covered parking with traffic light access to hwy 98 was terrific. Bonus is that it's just a 100 yard walk down the beach to Destin's best lunch spot, The Back Porch. We will stay here again.
