This apartment is in a prime position, being quiet and private yet close to the picturesque harbour and its many attractions.
The apartment enjoys uninterrupted estuary views and direct access to the SW coastal footpath to the rear, With private harbour area with slipway access - perfect for crabbing and perhaps a spot of fishing (or perhaps a dip!)

Stunning estuary views from both the lounge and main bedroom and has direct access via a private gate onto the southwest coastal footpath, you really don't realise you are right in heart of Padstow.

The apartments entrance is via the foyer and up 2 flights of stairs or via a lift.

Open plan Lounge/Dining/Kitchen is comfortably furnished with everything you need for a self-catering holiday.

The Kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, Dualit "classic range" Toaster, microwave and breakfast bar with stools, ideal for those mealtimes in when you aren’t enjoying the wonders of the local restaurants.

The Lounge area has a Juliette Balcony to maximise the views over the private harbour to the Estuary, with two sofas, further chair, a TV DVD and Radio/CD player.

A door to the right gives access to the Inner Hallway with door to the Main Bedroom at the front of the apartment with picture window and Estuary views with King-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
Bathroom - bath with shower over, low level WC and wash hand basin.
Second Bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables and lamps, wardrobe, window.

This apartment is in a prime position, being quiet and private yet close to the picturesque harbour and its many attractions, benefiting from an allocated Parking space.

PETS: One dog can be accommodated by prior arrangement with the owner , charges apply for your pet for all stays up to 7 nights. Extra charges apply for longer stays.
Polite reminder: Dogs are not permitted in the communal garden area. Dogs must be kept on a lead in all other communal areas.

Please Note : Wi-Fi provision is standard broadband not fibre connection.

Stunning view!

Once we’d stopped looking at the view, the apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. Beautifully clean and secure parking was a bonus Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend

Great location with beautiful views over the water, and super close to the centre of town with no hills to walk and a lift in building which suited my elderly parents. Convenient and easy to access parking. The property is very comfortable and was a great space to enjoy.

Excellent location, easy and very secure parking, comfortable and cosy apartment with fabulous views.. beds were very comfortable. Large picture window in front bedroom and lounge with spectacular ever changing views made this apartment very special.Thankyou for the milk and biscuits on arrival. Some negative points were… there was no way for us to keep the Lounge window clean easily, and this did spoil the view half way through our holiday.The shower was the real big disappointment…the circular curtain was extremely awkward and the controls for the temperature therefore impossible once you were showering.. None of us looked forward to using it…it needs something!! The cooker hood wasn’t working so the lighting wasn’t brilliant…we also had to open the window when cooking anything. But we did enjoy our stay very much apart from the negatives…so perhaps we might return in the future. Thank you.

Good and bad

View from lounge and bedroom window’s fantastic, location great, good parking, bathroom requires updating ie shower curtain replace jacuzzi bath doesn’t work replace, chopping boards needs replacing pots and pans need good clean, stains on sofas and cushions, mattress in main bedroom stained no extra sheet for bed

The property isn't listed as having a jacuzzi bath, and the items you recommend replacing will be sourced and replaced where required. Wear and tear and marks to soft furnishing will also be addressed. The Owners rely on feedback from guests in relation to all aspects of their stay at any of our properties and welcome constructive comments such as yours - to further improve the condition, comfort and convenience for all future guests. We hope to welcome you back to Padstow again in the future.

Wonderful view!

Easy to find and easy process to get to the apartment and keys. It was a wow factor once you walk in the door. The view fantastic! The lounge and kitchen perfect size and so comfortable. All cleaned on arrival. The main bedroom again with fantastic view! Everything you needed was in this flat. A couple of light bulbs went in the bathroom, visited CRW who sorted it for us. So easy and helpful. The location is great. Lovely Evening stroll to the lovely restaurants and shops.. great spot to visit all locations in the area.thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful apartment.

5 night winter break

On arrival we couldn’t get the parking gates to open as we had failed to note the arrow after the pin. This was our fault but might be worth emphasising in the arrival instructions. The apartment was perfect for our needs but smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. We let the agent know and they agreed and provided aerosols to help mask the smell. Unfortunately this did spoil our holiday
