The Space
👋 Welcome to Podere Tepolino, an old stone house dating back to the 1800s, nestled in a large park filled with olive trees, oaks, and fruit trees, and home to horses, dogs, cats, and chickens.

🚗 Just a 5-minute drive from Castel del Piano, time slows down here:
you can go hiking and take dawn walks along the trails of Monte Amiata, explore mountain bike routes, taste the finest wines of Montalcino and Pienza, relax at the Saturnia thermal baths, and much more.

🏠 The house is spread over two levels:
📍 First floor: spacious open-concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, comfortable sofa, and a full bathroom.

🌇 Veranda and outdoor areas
Outside, the panoramic veranda, furnished with a dining table, invites you to enjoy the sunsets.
The garden features a built-in barbecue area, and the park in front of the house is available for sunbathing, outdoor lunches and dinners, or yoga sessions.
You can also paint or write outdoors, inspired by the landscape, and gaze at the stars in the evening—perhaps wrapped in a blanket with a good glass of wine—while fireflies light up the night around you.

🛌 Bedrooms
The two suites feature queen-size beds, custom-built closets and shelving, and are equipped with hypoallergenic, temperature-regulating bedding made from premium Italian-made bamboo satin for a restful night’s sleep.
Each room is flooded with natural light thanks to panoramic windows and features a desk for your moments of inspiration; the windows also have mosquito screens.

🍽️ Living Room and Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all the essential utensils for preparing any recipe.
The welcome kit includes sugar, salt, and pepper, as well as our artisanal Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. 🧴.

Next to the house is another residence where the owners live. Each unit has a private garden, ensuring complete independence and privacy.

Parking is shared and easily accessible via a shared driveway that connects the property to the parking area.

🧼 Cleanliness and Comfort
Before each check-in, the property is thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and the linens are changed.
Upon request, extra cleaning and linen changes can be arranged during your stay for an additional fee.

🚭 Smoking Policy
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation, and cigarette butts must not be discarded in common areas or in the garden.
