Located at the entrance to Abbadia Lariana, this panoramic apartment enjoys a strategic position and offers a wonderful view of Lake Como, which extends to the bay of Lecco. Its proximity to the lake promenade and the town's enchanting beaches makes it perfect for those who want to fully experience the charm of the coast. In addition, it is located a few meters from the end of the first stage of the Wanderer's Trail, which leads from Lecco to Abbadia Lariana, and then continues with three other stages to Colico.
The apartment is located on the second and last floor (without elevator) of a small building, with access from the communal courtyard where there is also a private garage, suitable for compact cars. The apartment is a large studio apartment with well-organized spaces: living area with sofa bed, single bed (with second pull-out bed), dining table, flat screen TV and access to the terrace with lake view; separate fully equipped kitchenette; modern bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, sink and hairdryer.
The rooms have been designed to ensure maximum comfort: quality mattresses, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, kitchen with oven, stove, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and utensils. The equipment includes an iron and ironing board, a drying rack and a small private garage available .
Upon arrival you will find the house ready with sheets and towels for all guests, as well as a welcome kit with oil, salt, pepper, coffee, pods, washing machine capsules, shampoo, body wash, dishwashing liquid and toilet paper.

City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
