Detached cottage surrounded by greenery just minutes from the sea.

Are you looking for an oasis of peace, far from noisy streets and the chaos of the city? At Villino Isabella, a completely private cottage, you’ll find relaxation and serenity! Nestled among the olive trees on the hillside of Leivi, this cottage offers space for 3–4 people in a rustic and comfortable setting.
Even from the spacious parking area, you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea. After climbing a few steps, you’ll reach a spacious terrace equipped with a fully stocked barbecue for summer lunches and dinners al fresco under a bright gazebo.
Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen, a stately solid-wood table, chairs, and a bench near the classic country wood-burning stove.
A spacious master bedroom with antique nightstands will welcome you for a peaceful night’s rest. Next to it is a small bedroom with an upholstered bed that doubles as storage.
Also in the sleeping area is a bathroom with every amenity, including a washing machine and a small hallway.
Air conditioning is available.
In the warmer months, you can also enjoy a lovely outdoor shower in complete privacy.

The Leivi hill is located 10 minutes from the sea and the center of Chiavari; it remains a central hub for the most well-known and beloved towns of the Ligurian Riviera del Levante (Rapallo, Santa Margherita, Portofino, Sestri Levante).

If you’d like, you can also take a day trip to visit the city of Genoa and, above all, the famous Cinque Terre.

To be honest, since I’m new to hosting, I’m sure I’ll overlook a few things, but I assure you I’m always fully available to help.

From May through October (weather permitting) “Villino Isabella” offers its guests a spacious relaxation area with a sun deck, hot tub, and shower, which can also be used at night thanks to a lighted umbrella and solar-powered string lights.

Note: Due to the condition of the road leading to the Villino, we recommend arriving in a small vehicle.
