Truly spectacular. Spouse and I stayed with our two daughters ages 8 and 10 for three weeks and loved every second. It felt like living in a real home - a home we wish was ours - not one of the other sterile and sparse listings you often see these days. Every day we walked to beach, restaurant, or grocery store in five minutes. Views were extraordinary - especially from the multiple levels of patios. Waking up every day to see the beach, town, sea, and sunrise was special. Air conditioning units in every room. Kitchen was fully equipped like a real home kitchen - even with an outdoor flat top grill - and we used it frequently. So much space, could have fit another family or more easily. Amazing blackout blinds in all rooms. Communication was very easy, especially when using WhatsApp. Not perfect English speaking like some complained about, but definitely enough to communicate with ease and very responsive. You have to walk up a hill to get there, and you climb stairs to the door or use the elevator once arriving, but if you don't have serious mobility limitations it is well well worth it for the views and location. Street was so peaceful. There's even a stop on the municipal bus ("navette") a few steps away at Richelieu/Maillol intersection that gets you to/from town, Elmes beach, and other locations. 8-10 minute walk to train station. Just a really magical place.
