Property was as listed, near by driving distance beaches were always busy. Poipu beach was rocky and small. Shopping nearby was nice. Condo location was nice more suited for golfing, we are more beach family. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby for dinner. Nicest beach we discovered was 30’s minutes drive on West side of island, Salt Pond Beach. Designated parking to condo was inconvenient for unloading and loading luggage and groceries. No access to garage for unit.Definitely would stay again if considering staying on this side of island!

First, I will address the property. It has a great pool, wonderful landscaping, and is very close to beaches and other tourist locations on the south end of the island. It is about 30 minutes from the airport and there is a small market, restaurants, and other resorts nearby.Next, the unit itself. Our unit came equipped with essential kitchen items, comfortable seating for a family of five in the living space, three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a full-size refrigerator, and a full kitchen. Particular item I thought were you meet to the property were full-size stackable, washer and dryer, beach, chairs, sand, toys, beach, towels, plastic cups, to take to the pool, umbrellas, one hard cooler, hangers, and a few other essential items that you don’t want to have to bring to the island yourself in your carry-on luggage.There is a toaster, rice maker, standard 12 cup coffee maker, and some sample coffee with filters.Aside from the chickens, the property was very quiet, remotely located. In general, it felt safe. In terms of communication with the staff, I’ve reached out upon check-in and checkout, and was given prompt instructions, pointers, information about the unit or the process for whatever my question was regarding.

Perfect stay for all ages

Our family of seven thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Pili Mai. The staff was wonderful working with our group by allowing us an early luggage drop off and being very prompt at answering any questions we had.

Great Condo in Kauai

Great condo in a really nice complex. Near the beach and restaurants and a nice swimming pool. It was a perfect place for our family's stay on Kauai.

Wonderful, spacious condo with A/C. Very well equipped from the kitchen to the beach gear. Spent hours on the deck and appreciated how separated all 3 bedrooms were from each other.

Grandparents first visit to Kauai.

Enjoyed our stay alongside our daughter snd family in another condo. Weather beautiful, island gorgeous. Pili Mai wonderful!

Would stay again

Place was as advertised. Very nice place for a family well equiped and had everything you needed including beach chairs Only issue i had was fan in bathroom didnt work and fan in front bedroom sounded like a alarm. I would recommend it to friends and family.

Pili Mai condo - Kauai

The condo was very lovely and we had everything we needed. A quick walk to the beach, quiet, comfortable and cozy. I will definitely recommend to any friends going to Kauai. Mahalo.

Best vacation ever!

Easy checkin and perfect for our family of five. So much space and beautiful views. We loved the everything about this place; enjoying coffee in the balcony, evening swimming, roosters and geckos! It is positioned near restaurants, the beach, shopping and grocery store. So perfect! When we visit Kauai again we will definitely be staying here!

GREAT location and property!

We were so impressed with the property! It had everything we needed and the management company was extremely responsive and communicated throughout the entire process. Even the neighbors below us were friendly and accepted the fact our 4 kids weren't the quietest at times. The pool area was fantastic and offered a great spot to BBQ or hang out. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to doing so.

Great stay!!

We loved our time at Pili Mai. The property management company communicated very well and check in/out was easy. The cooler was missing from our unit, I texted them and they delivered a new one first thing the next morning. The community was beautiful and well maintained. No complaints!

Lots of room and good layout

We enjoyed our stay very much. The space was perfect for our large family and having three bedrooms and three full baths was wonderful. We had an issue with the AC being loud at one point but as soon as we notified them, they were quick to correct it. Check in was easy and communication was great. The location was nice too. Not right on the beach but still in a good and easy spot to get around.

Great space for 6-8 people. Very clean, kitchen very user friendly and open to living room. Good pool. 4 beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Mattresses were too soft for us, but everyone is different. Mile walk to beach or quick drive. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property in great location!

This property was awesome. In great location, close to places to eat, could walk to beach, had a great pool! Had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The only negative was air conditioning just didn't keep all the rooms cool. Had plenty of fans so that helped. Still would stay here without hesitation. Very clean and super nice!
