This bright and tastefully decorated studio is located on the first floor in the very heart of Madrid. Although it’s a studio, the layout is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with partial room separation for privacy. It includes a double bed, a sofa bed for extra guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washer, refrigerator, and more.

The space is both stylish and functional, with modern finishes that make it ideal for couples, solo travelers, or small groups.

You’ll be just a short walk from some of the city’s most iconic spots, such as Gran Vía (5 mins), Puerta del Sol (10 mins), and Plaza Mayor (15 mins). Whether you’re here for culture, cuisine, or shopping, everything is right at your doorstep.

The location is unbeatable when it comes to transportation. The nearest metro station (Chueca) is just 3 minutes away, making it easy to explore the rest of the city. You can walk to the most famous attractions, enjoy Madrid’s vibrant neighborhoods, or hop on the metro to quickly reach places like Retiro Park, the Prado Museum, or Atocha Station. Everything is close by, yet the studio remains quiet and peaceful, ensuring a perfect night’s rest.

The apartment is located on the first floor with direct access from the street.

It is a spacious studio, but it has sliding doors separating the kitchen from the sleeping area. This provides more privacy.

The property is equipped with an aerothermal radiant heating and cooling system, an eco-friendly and energy-efficient solution. The system operates through the floor and is designed to maintain a consistent indoor temperature. However, it does not allow for a significant drop in temperature, as it is not comparable to traditional air conditioning.
Extra guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The house must be left in the same condition as it was found; otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to fill out the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your ID card or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.
