Welcome to our cozy villa, one of seven thoughtfully designed homes within a larger rural estate in Asturias. This adjoining villa offers:

Bedrooms: Master Bedroom: Features a double bed.

Living Room: A comfortable double sofa bed for two guests, providing additional sleeping space. This area does not have blackout curtains.

Bathroom: One full bathroom, equipped with essentials such as shower gel, shampoo, towels, and a hair dryer.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine (some capsules provided), a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a washing machine, a glass-ceramic cooktop, a toaster, a blender, and all necessary utensils.

Dining Area: A table that seats four guests.

Terrace: A private terrace at the entrance, furnished exclusively for this villa, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors.

As a guest, you will have access to:

-Heating: Electric radiators throughout the villa.
-100L water heater. While the supply is ample, taking long showers one after another may temporarily deplete the hot water.

Shared Outdoor Amenities:

- Camping tables and hammocks are available for shared use by all villas.
- Private parking is available on the premises.
- Upon request, we can provide a baby crib and high chair.


Please note that, due to the rural setting, occasional encounters with local insects are possible despite thorough cleaning.

Loberu is set in a peaceful corner of Asturias, surrounded by nature and just minutes from the beach. The area combines the quiet charm of the countryside with easy access to beautiful coastal villages and green mountains.

Nearby, don’t miss hidden gems like the Mirador del Fitu, the coastal village of Tazones, or the serene Monastery of Valdediós. You’ll also find local spots to enjoy authentic Asturian flavors, such as fabada, fresh seafood, and even Italian cuisine in the heart of nature.

This is the perfect place to unwind, explore, and eat well, just as the locals do.

The property is located just 15–20 minutes from Gijón and 10 minutes from Villaviciosa, where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. A car is essential for getting around comfortably and visiting the best beaches and scenic viewpoints in the area.

You’ll be well-connected to local attractions while enjoying the tranquility of the countryside. Access to the A-8 highway makes day trips to cities like Oviedo or Llanes easy and convenient.

- Free outdoor parking is available on-site.

- Please note that the accommodations are not wheelchair accessible, and stairs are required to reach all rooms.

- The property is heated with electric radiators. In winter, the indoor temperature is maintained at around 21°C, with extra blankets available for your comfort.

- This is a semi-detached villa within a rural complex. While each unit is private, you may hear sounds from neighboring guests. We kindly ask you to respect their privacy, just as they will respect yours.

- The table at the entrance is for your exclusive use.

- Camping tables and hammocks in the outdoor area are shared among all villas.

- The water heater has a 100L capacity. It’s large enough for several showers, but keep in mind that taking long showers one after another may temporarily deplete it.

- There are no on-site trash bins. The nearest trash container is 600 meters away.

- One of the bedrooms does not have blackout curtains. You’ll wake up naturally with the morning light.

- Since it’s located in a natural setting, the accommodations are always thoroughly cleaned, but you may occasionally come across a curious little insect or two.

- Due to natural humidity, the linens may sometimes feel cooler or slightly damp; this is normal in mountain settings.

- A car is essential for shopping or getting around comfortably.

- The property has a decibel detector.

The house must be left clean; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

Pets are PROHIBITED from relieving themselves freely on the premises. This will result in a monetary fine.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a fine of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing the information from your DNI or passport via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

Damage to or breakage of the lock on the front door of the accommodation will result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure toreturn of any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen issues arise that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.

We allow 2 cars per apartment in our parking lot; if you bring more than one, please park them one in front of the other and not parallel to each other, to leave space for others.

It is forbidden to start a fire or light the fireplace.

Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid making noise after 11:00 p.m.

Please use the common areas and camping tables responsibly; they are shared.

We are in a rural area, and we must be respectful; the nearest trash bins are at the road exit (you must take your trash there).

You may not throw trash or cigarette butts outside.
