Just a few minutes away, you’ll find San Vito Beach, the historic center, the boardwalk, and the Kasbah.

The other areas of the house are shared, including the panoramic terrace with a sea view on the second floor.

The space
The bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace is located on the first floor; the living room, kitchen, and terrace with a sea view on the second floor are shared spaces.
The living room and kitchen are equipped with: a pod coffee machine, a microwave, a refrigerator, a TV, and filtered water (both still and sparkling).
You cannot use the induction cooktop for cooking, but you are welcome to use the living room to eat your meals.
On the second floor, there is a sun terrace with a wooden canopy offering panoramic sea views.

Guest Access
Access is via a main entrance on the first floor that leads up the stairs to the first floor; there is no elevator.

During your stay
The host is always available by cell phone.

Other things to keep in mind
You cannot use the stovetop in the kitchen.
You may use the microwave, espresso machine, refrigerator, and water purifier.
Additionally, there is a small table with chairs on the small terrace in the bedroom.
