Wonderful Place

What a wonderful place, a real home from home. A very well equipped house and well located for the village. Great views. Thank you for a fantastic hamper of treats. The village feels like a real village, rather than a holiday resort, as so many other villages are now. Great pubs, food & live music. Fortunately the weather was good enough to enjoy the pergola, very relaxing.

Stunning Holiday House

Stunning holiday house, we’ve visited Cawsand/Kingsand many times over the years and have yet another wonderful week here. The house has really made our stay being so cosy, comfortable, spacious with a great feeling of luxury. We enjoyed the area, walked, ferry,took a trip to The Market Hall at Devonport and enjoyed many pints in all the pubs. Thank you for the lovely welcoming & helpful messages before and during our stay. We would absoultley love to return to your wonderful home. Kara, Barry, Molly, Jade, Toby & Dottie

Best property yet!

Wow. Our 4th stay in Kingsand but our first to Hillside House and the best yet! What a well-equipped, comfortable, clean and beautiful home-we loved every moment and don’t want to go home. The use of the paddle boards were the absolute icing on the cake. Thank you for sharing your home.

Unforgettable Memeories

This is our first visit to Kingsand, what a magical week it has been! Your beautiful home has provided the perfect space to relax togehter as a family and make unforgetable memeories. The views are mesmorising and the location of the house is ideal for exploring by foot-we have hardly used the car. A perfect summer stay

We have had an utterly blissful summer stay at Hillside House. The property is large, beautiful, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and super well-equipped. The views are wonderful and the added bonuses were the lovely little garden, the use of the paddle boards and the very generous welcome hamper! We couldn’t have hoped for better accommodation, thank you. Communication with Finest Retreats could have been a little better. When I sent two questions they went unanswered and when I chased, only one question was answered and when we arrived at the property it turned out their answer had been incorrect.

Beautiful home in Kingsand

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home, well equipped house - one of the best. It's in a fantastic location with a lovely outdoor space. We especially appreciated the use of the paddleboards, which were a big hit for our first time. Thank you for providing them! We look forward to planning another visit in the future.

Magical time

Thank you for a truly lovely stay in this gorgeous house, in Kingsand. We had a magical time. It is such a brilliant location for walking, eating out & just enjoying the view. We were all sad to leave but hope to be back. Just to add - what a joy to stay in such a well equipped house. We wanted nothing apart from another week…or two!

Hillside House

A lovely house, extremely well kept and equipped, in a beautiful location A high chair and travel cot would have made it easier for us. The shower head in the en-suite bathroom is rather high and difficult to lower because of the soap basket below

Perfect Family Stay
