Sunny and bright ground-floor apartment (85 m²) in the center of Amsterdam with three bedrooms, a sheltered garden (45 m²), and a view of one of the beautiful canals. Amsterdam at its best!

It’s located right behind the Royal Theater Carré, one of Amsterdam’s most iconic buildings, and the famous Magere Brug. And the view of the canals makes your Amsterdam experience complete!

Our apartment is situated right between several iconic buildings: you look out onto the Diamond Exchange with its spectacular glass roof; right next to the apartment is the iconic Royal Theater Carré, and it’s just around the corner from the famous Magere Bridge.

Our apartment is accessible without stairs, ideal for families and those seeking convenience. The living area features an open-concept design with a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso machine, milk frother, Nutribullet, refrigerator, dishwasher, a 5-burner stove, and an extra-wide oven. The elegant marble kitchen island comfortably seats 4 guests.

The living room features a two-seater and three-seater sofa from Marcel Wanders Boutique, surrounded by several large green plants and designer lighting by Cappellini.

Sleeping arrangements include:

Bedroom One: A luxurious king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
Bedroom Two: A cozy queen-size bed (140 cm x 200 cm), which also serves as a workspace with a Moooi VIP chair.
Bedroom Three: A Leander baby-junior bed (120 x 70) with organic bedding, ideal for the little ones.
The bathroom is equipped with a full bathtub with an integrated shower, ample storage space for toiletries, towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, etc. In addition, a washer and dryer with laundry detergent are available for your convenience.

With families in mind, the apartment is equipped with toys and books for children ages 4–8.

Step out from the kitchen onto the patio and into the garden to enjoy warm summer evenings.

Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access during their stay.
