Du vil gå i døren og føle dig straks hjemme i Etta Place Too # 110. Denne nylige og for nylig (2017) renoverede toværelses, to badeværelse ejerlejlighed er blevet upåklageligt omdannet til en moderne, varm og smagfuld bolig med alt nyt alt: møbler, apparater, skabe, badeværelser, senge, sengetøj, tæpper, alt! Der er et stort fladskærms-tv i stuen og en anden mindre i soveværelset. Den dejlige king bedded master har også et eget badeværelse med en rummelig bruseniche og gulvvarme. Det lyse og muntre andet soveværelse har to tvillinger, som også kan laves som en konge og et badeværelse på tværs af gangen med gulvvarme og badekar / brusebad. Køkkenet er blevet omdannet til et luksuriøst fristed til dine kulinariske kreationer med rustfri hvidevarer og hvide marmorplanker. Den overdimensionerede vaskemaskine og tørretumbler betyder, at tøjvask er en snap. Sommertiden pool og året rundt varmt karbad i bygningens fælles område er blot to funktioner, der vil være sikker på at behage efter en lang skidage. Og placeringen lige ved siden af Coonskin stoleliften giver adgang til skråningerne en brise. Bor på Etta Place Too 110 under dit ophold i Telluride betyder komfort, luksus og bekvemmelighed. Great vacation for our family of 4. The condo was well equipped and very comfortable. Communication from the owner was top notch. Ski storage just inside the front door was ideal. Ski-out was just a 2 minute walk to Lift 7 and since my kids weren't quite confirmable on Stumper, we had the same 2 minute walk back for ski-in. Overall a great home and we will definitely be back.

The property is in a great location with very easy access to the town and lift 7. Inside the unit was great and well furnished. There is a good place to keep your ski gear and the kitchen is great. The only downside is the HOA doesn’t seem to do the greatest job of taking care of the hot tub. It was broken the bulk of my trip and I was even given a message that it had been repaired when it was obvious zero work had actually been done on it. If having a hot tub is very important to you you may want a different location.

Great location

Right at bottom of lift 7, this place was great. Everything in telluride is walking distance, so we walked to dinner, restaurants and hiking trail. Perfect all around!

Great Ski vacation

This was a really terrific condo. Very clean, freshly decorated & well-appointed. It had everything you needed. The location was right next to the lifts.

Great Location

We loved our stay! The home was very clean and within an easy walk to town and lift 7 for skiing. It’s only a few hundred yards from Telluride Sports for rentals, too. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Finally, the folks at Accommodations at Telluride were extremely responsive and helpful!

Highly Recommend

We really enjoyed our time in Telluride. The condo is really nice - looks like it has been completely redone recently- and was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. It’s convenient- the Coonskin lift is yards away ( though trails to come back are difficult). The gondola is about a 10 minute walk or a 20 min bus ride back. We liked being in the town as it was easy to get to a grocery store and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break at Tride

Great property. Well maintained and well equipped with extra towels, blankets, cleaning supplies. The unit was spotless and has been recently been updated. Heated floors in the bathrooms are a nice feature, and all of the lighting was very well thought out. Kitchen had nice features as well. Close to the lift and town, as well as the bus line. Highly recommend this property to anyone and we hope to return in the future

Very comfortable. Pool and hot tub cleanliness not maintained. Kind of loud from condo above. Minomal condiments stocked on kitchen. But super convient location and very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

We have put in a call to them and let them know it needs service. We have basic condiments and spices in all of our condos, and as we say in the welcome email we sent at booking, if you want something in particular, it is best you bring that with you. family get away

Overall, we were very pleased with this property. It is very nicely remodeled, clean, well supplied and comfortable. Within walking distance of a nice little market and parking is easy, with a town parking pass included. We did miss not having a place to sit outside and due to Covid, the pool area was limited to 30 minutes per family, but the unit was so nice we didn't mind being inside. The space faces the parking lot, so it can be a little noisy from people outside with the windows open, but it was quiet at night for sleeping and we never heard a peep out of neighbors. We would stay here again for sure. For winter skiers. there is a place to store boots and hang skis and jackets right inside the front door of the unit. The shuttle to downtown Telluride passes through frequently so you don't have to drive downtown.

Nicely renovated condo close to lift

We enjoyed our 5-night stay at Etta Place Too #110. Condo is completely renovated and nicely done. Plenty of space for our family of four. There was an issue with the clothes washer but Lee was very responsive. We also requested additional blankets which were promptly delivered. Kitchen is well-outfitted - we made coffee, toast and eggs each morning. Also made pasta for the boys one night while we went out. Master bed is insanely comfortable! Easy parking and easy 1/2 mile drive into town. Coonskin lift is a very short walk from the condo, with ski storage at Telluride Sports. Hot tub disappointing. Outside steps could desperately use some salt - felt unsafe every time we went down them. Otherwise, we had a great week in Telluride!

The free galloping goose shuttle is right across the street. In the summer families like it for the pool! We are sorry the hot tub was a disappointment. We have reached out to the property manager and I'm sure the problem will be solved quickly. It has been a very busy winter, so that could be a factor. Lodger Beware!

Nice condo. Ski out definitely with a little poling. Ski in only if you are expert skiers which we are but the snow coverage on that black diamond run was sparse…so only did it twice for the sake of our skis! But not taking anything away from the location because of this. Our 4 stars (contemplated 3 actually) was based on the fact that the hot tub advertised was not operational the entire week we were there. Isn’t a hot tub after skiing almost a requirement? In any event, the owner and their local mgmt co hide behind the language in their Rental Agreement indicating owner is not responsible for condo amenities not working. So when we asked about some sort of reimbursement, the answer was NO, see the Agreement. Ok I get it but I personally own and manage 4 short term rentals and never hide behind rental agreement language when a guest has an issue. Guess that’s why all 4 get 5 Star ratings not 4 bordering on 3.

Hi, Geroge - We appreciate you rating the condo at a 4, even though you were disappointed in the hot tub being down. This condo is located in a large complex that we have no control over. We manage this particular unit and a handful of others. We are at the mercy of the HOA to let us know when amenities are out of order. As soon as they alert us, we let you know. The hot tub was out for 2 days of your visit, not the entire time. We got a thumbs up from you when we texted you that the hot tub was up and running. Owning personal properties that are not in a complex where the HOA does not run the amenities makes it easier to maintain and catch issues. We have to wait for the HOA to take care of maintenance issues. Winters are typically really hard on condo complex shared hot tubs. Keep that in mind for any future Telluride trips. We are not hiding behind the agreement and listing if it is clearly stated. Most potential guests reach out and ask to clarify the statement if the hot tub being down is a deal breaker when they read the listing. As an act of good faith, we will offer you a 10% off returning guest discount if you would like to give us another try.

Convenient location

All was as described. Great location and steps away from lift #7. Not a bad walk to town, especially on the creek side trail. Grocery store is a 5 minute walk and kitchen well stocked.

Great Condo

Amazing ski in/ski out location and easy walk to town. Condo was a great size for two couples, the kitchen was well stocked for making meals and the bed was comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great condo! Would definitely go back.

This was a great place to stay. Very close to the bus stops, parking pass provided, beautiful condo. We had five adults staying in the property. Our only issue was with the wifi code and management got back to us quickly.
