Designed for couples or solo travelers, the first-floor studio is accessed via stairs and features a bright, airy layout that embraces simplicity and relaxation. Inside, you’ll find two comfortable single beds, a spacious wardrobe, and a cozy sitting area perfect for reading or unwinding after a day in the sun. Large windows invite natural light and open to sea view, allowing you to feel connected to the tranquil rhythms of island life. The compact kitchenette is equipped with a Nespresso machine, mini fridge, and other essentials for light meal preparation, ideal for starting your mornings with a fresh coffee or enjoying a cool drink before heading out to explore. Subtle Cycladic design details and a soft, neutral palette create a calm, inviting atmosphere throughout the space.
The sleek, modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with clean finishes and quality fittings, offering both comfort and convenience. Whether you’re spending your days discovering Paros’ sun-drenched beaches, wandering the narrow lanes of nearby villages, or simply soaking in the island’s peaceful ambiance, Paros Cycladic Residences 11 offers a refined yet relaxed home base for your stay where simplicity, style, and location come together effortlessly.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
