It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but St. Mark’s Square is just a 10-minute walk away. In the quiet neighborhood nearby, you’ll find traditional restaurants, supermarkets, and bacari.
It has a double bedroom and a single bed. If there is a fourth guest, a single bed can be set up.
It is on the first floor.
Sheets, towels, air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, and everything needed for the bathroom and kitchen are provided.
It is easily accessible in 30 minutes from the airport via the Alilaguna Blue Line boat and from the Santa Lucia train station via the 4.2 or 5.2 boat, getting off at the Fondamenta Nove stop. From the Fondamenta Nove stop, the apartment is only 200 meters away.

This apartment was very comfortable and perfectly located!

The apartment was very clean, nicely appointed, close to the water taxi and in a nice, quiet part of Venice. Perfect for a couple with 1 child as it has a queen and single bed. Maria was available to help any time and gave us great recommendations!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment perfect for 3.

Very nice apartment and perfect space for the 3 of us. Comfortable, clean, bright, quiet and nicely furnished. Marina arranged for an escort from the vaporetto stop and made sure we were well oriented to the apartment. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great place!

Great location and Marina was wonderful, helpful and showed us everything. Two suggestions: please us a water softener system as the water leave calcium on our hair and we drink it in coffee. Also put up a wall in the small bedroom as that person can hear everything.

Amazing place !

Clean and nice place. Not far to grocery store and walking distance to Relto bridge. Great location with easy transport access. Amazing food for breakfast and dinner with reservations. Host is great and great comunication. Ac works great and we used washer as we have been traveling for long time. Must try: Osteria alla frasca &Trattoria Storica(nothing bad on their menu) Margaret

We had a wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, functional and in the most wonderful neighbourhood in Venice! The location is excellent. Every major site was within a 15-20 minute walk. We would most definitely recommend this apartment. We really appreciated the suggestions and hints that were provided from Maria, the manager. Great client service!

We found ourselves really well!!

We found ourselves really well, we are a family of 3 people and the apartment will meet our needs, as described in the listing. The best thing is the location: close to everything but still very quiet. The apartment is very nice, well maintained and clean. We felt at ease straight away and I highly recommend it even for short periods because it is immediately inside the Venice to visit. We were followed by Maria, both before arrival and during our stay, in a timely and unobtrusive and we really hope to be back soon!

Lovely Flat Close to the Waterfront

Very enjoyable place to stay, only a few blocks from the main thoroughfare along the Lagoon where it is easy to find water buses, restaurants, and even a Food Co-op. Added bonus features include air conditioning (a necessity in the Venetian Summer heat) and a washer/dryer, which was great to have during a week-long vacation. Worthwhile to note that "first floor apartment" is not the same as ground floor; there is a flight of stairs to climb in order to access the property. Would definitely recommend.

Top quality experience

Everything about our stay at Ca’ dei Carpini has been great! Marina’s attention to detail has addressed everything we could possibly need! She meet us at our water taxi spot on time and took us to the apartment and explained all we needed to know. The apartment is just as advertised , no surprises, even better. We loved the apt, the location, its immaculate, home from home, incredably relaxing, close to everything. When we will return, we would not hesitate to stay at Marinas apartment again. Thank you! !

Perfect!

Ca' Dei Carpini was our favorite apartament on our recent trip to Milan, Lecco, Rome, Florence & Venice. Marina has personally designed a wonderful, homey space for guests, with gorgeous contemporary style and no detail missing. It's a good size & has a private 2nd bed behind curtains - allowing privacy for your kids - while also allowing you to use the living room. She's the consummate host & communicator & met us at the water taxi stop, which was just a short walk to the flat, located in a quieter part of the island, but still a short walk to everything. I can't say enough about our experience & you'd be lucky to stay there!

Perfect apartment!

We loved our trip to Venice and the apartment was superb! Marina the landlady was such a lovely lady. She wrote to us previous to our visit and ensured we had all the details needed to arrive at the apartment with little hassle. All they details of the boat, meeting point and details of the apartment were given. She was ready to meet us off the boat even when we arrived later in the evening. It was close to the town centre and near to many restaurants and points of interest. The apartment was lovely and clean, with access to wifi and everything you need for a perfect little getaway. We loved it and would def use it again if we returned to Venice. Thank you!

The house is very nice and elegant. We'll be back

The house is very nice and elegant. We'll be back for sure! The house was a surprise, very nice, bright and fully equipped. We often go to Venice and we know the city well. The apt is an elegant apartment, the perfect starting point for our walk around Venice. We could walk everywhere without any problems, with the water at your doorstep. Maria was very professional and helpful, from the reservation has given us many directions. When we arrived at the boat stop she came to pick us up and walked us to the apartment and at the apartment Maria explained everything we needed to know and gave us some good tips where we could go. If we had any questions for Maria, we could just text her and get an immediate response. If you are going to Venice I definitely recommend this apartment. We'll be back for sure!

What a great surprise !!

My wife and I didn't chose this apartment when we made our travel plans. The apartment we had chosen had been sold and we were switched to this one at the last moment. You can understand that we were a bit trepidatious to see it. But we needn't have been. The place was absolutely lovely. In fact, Ca' Dei Carpini is the nicest apartment we've ever rented through VRBO (and we've been doing this for years). The place was clean, newly renovated and had every amenity we could have wanted. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, there was not just a washer, there was a washer/dryer. The kitchen was more than adequate for our modest needs... pastas and salads. There was a new TV, though I can't imagine a reason to turn on a television when you're in Venice. The location was a tiny bit out of the way, but it was close to a vaporetto stop and the vaporetti can take you anywhere you want to go in Venice. And being out of the way, it was nice and quiet. Perhaps nicest of all was the lovely Maria who took us to the apartment and provided us with advice on the local shopping and restaurants. She was available any time we had a question or problem, though we never had a problem. We've already told her that we will look for her and Ca' Dei Carpini the next time we come to Venice, hopefully next year.

Comfortable and convenient.

We had a fantastic time in Venice helped by our choice of property. On the map it may appear that you are on the other side of the main island to San Marco and Rialto, but you are only 10 to 15 minutes walking distance away. This property is well situated in that you get to wander through the streets and alleys, that you would perhaps not explore if you were near the landmarks. Also the cafes and restaurants in the areas outside the main attractions are less expensive, but equally as good. The accommodation is a modern refurbishment. It was very comfortable and functional (although the second bed area only has a curtain separating it from the hallway). As you are in a residential area you may be woken early by local life in the morning, but embrace this as being part of your experience. Don't worry about getting lost (in fact it is good to get lost in the city), as the city is not that big and some of the alleys look he same, but you will come across many squares that you will enjoy. The accommodation is near a hospital so it would be easy to find your way back. Street food and (of course) gelato are good and plentiful all over Venice. I and my daughter recommend Nico's for the best gelato you are ever likely to taste! If you want to experience the canals and get around to other islands, then get a 1,2 or 3 day pass for the Valporetto to get around (some routes go down the Grand Canal). Thanks to Marina for her hospitality. Get lost in Venice and enjoy!

Owner double booked & told second guests to put our luggage outside

I’ll start with the pros: 1. Great location and central to everything. Cons: 1. We booked this location for a business trip that lasted 11 days. Upon arrival, we checked in (very easy self check in). My colleague and I went to the room to discover the first issue: the unit is listed as a 2 bedroom 2 bath…but, it was a two bedroom 1.5 bath (the second bathroom did not have a shower or bath, which if we had known that, would have not booked). The second and main issue; after checking in, we unpacked and settled in before going out for food. We were out for a couple of hours, and upon returning to sleep for the night, we found all of our luggage outside the apartment door. We were in shock, to say the least. We put our key in the door and suddenly some “intruder” opened the door and invited us into our own VRBO. My colleague and I were very upset to discover the intruders were instructed by the host to pack up our belongings and put them outside. They apparently had booked through a different website that Marina had listed the apartment on, and they only booked for two days. A double booking like that could be an honest mistake— but after seeing the text messages Marina exchanged with the “intruders”, we could not believe she instructed them to pack our stuff and put it outside. The self check in process includes a key box that had two sets of keys. When the “intruders” tried to self check in and didn’t see the keys in the key box, Marina instructed them to a location with a hidden key… Our passports, laptops, medications, all of which we had put out during check in, were inconsiderably repacked and put outside for someone to steal. Thank goodness we came back when we did. It took about three hours, late at night, to finally get them to leave our VRBO. It was not only a security breach, but also a complete waste of time after 15+ hours of travel to Italy. I would not recommend this host, and would in fact recommend they not be able to host as they do not have the capacity to do things right.

Sehr schön renovierte Wohnung, tolle Verbindung aus alt und modern, für Eltern plus Kind ideal. Top und vollständig ausgestattet, da vom Vermieter zuvor selbst bewohnt (selbst Waschmaschine/Trockner vorhanden). Bäcker und Coop um die Ecke. Ruhige Gegend, relativ kurze Wege zur Gegend um die Rialtobrücke. Einfach An- und Abreise zum Airport und nach Murano, da nahe an den Fähranlegern.

Venedig ganz entspannt genießen!

Nettes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, die jedoch nur wenige Minuten von touristischen Hotspots wie Rialto-Brücke, Markusplatz etc. entfernt ist. Auch die nächste Wasserbus-Station sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Empfang durch die Vermieterin, Signora Marina, war sehr herzlich. Sie holte uns direkt vom Pier ab und versorgte uns mit vielen Tipps rund um Essen, Einkaufen etc. Wir kommen gern ein weiteres Mal!

Wunderschöne Wohnung im Cannareggioviertel

Wir hatten, auch dank dieser tollen Wohnung, einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Venedig! Die Wohnung ist schön saniert, toll eingerichtet und hat von der Ausstattung alles, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Sie liegt sehr ruhig und man ist trotzdem schnell zu Fuß überall! Eine wirklich tolle Lage!! Zu erwähnen wäre nur, dass das zweite,kleinere Schlafzimmer nur mit einem Vorhang von der übrigen Wohnung abgetrennt ist. Der Kontakt zu Maria war superfreundlich und exzellent! Es wird im Vorfeld alles genau beschrieben und geregelt. Danke Maria!!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans ce charmant appartement. Sans hésiter: on y retourne!!!!

Appartement idéalement situé, calme et proche de tout. Décoration raffinée, très propre , fonctionnel. Accueil par Maria super! Les plans et lignes des bateaux nous ont été envoyés par mail, et Maria est disponible au téléphone . Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Ne chercher pas d'autre location celle ci est idéale pour 3 personnes.
