The San Lorenzo Penthouse offers an elegant refuge with stunning sea views, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and brightness in Portimão.



The spacious living and dining room is the heart of the penthouse, with enough space to relax or share meals, taking advantage of natural light and ocean views.



The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and another with a double bed, and there is also a bathroom with a shower and a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ready to prepare any meal in a practical and comfortable way.



The main highlight is the private terrace with panoramic sea views, ideal for sunbathing, outdoor breakfasts or relaxed evenings. The penthouse also includes access to two shared swimming pools, one for adults and another for children, and a private parking space.



With a privileged location next to the famous Praia da Rocha and close to bars, restaurants and coastal entertainment, the Penthouse San Lorenzo offers the perfect base for an unforgettable holiday in Portimão.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €175 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 5 guests.

From the 6th to the 7th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.

Perfect location near Praia da Rocha

The house is wonderful, very spacious and filled with natural light. Being just a short walk from the main beach and all the entertainment while still having a quiet place to retreat to was perfect. The pools were great for the kids. We also enjoyed dinner at a cozy traditional spot in the marina area.

Stunning sea views!

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were the absolute highlight of our stay. The private terrace offers a panoramic view of the ocean that is simply breathtaking, perfect for morning coffee. The apartment is very bright and the underground parking was very convenient. We also enjoyed dinner at a lovely seafood restaurant right on the cliffs nearby.

Stylish Penthouse with Amazing Terrace

What a gem in Portimão. The penthouse has a modern, cozy feel, and the living room with sea view is simply wonderful. The terrace is huge and offers one of the best views we’ve ever had on holiday. We enjoyed breakfast outside every day and loved how close it was to the vibrant nightlife of Praia da Rocha, while still feeling peaceful once inside. Perfect for Families

This was the ideal place for our family holiday. The two bedrooms were very comfortable, and having two bathrooms made everything easier with kids. The pools were a big hit, especially the children’s one. We also appreciated the private parking space and the fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook some meals at home. The beach is literally a short walk away, and the whole experience felt both relaxing and convenient. We will definitely come back.

Exceptional penthouse, perfect for a family holiday

An elegant and beautifully equipped penthouse that offered everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. The spacious open-plan living and dining area was a wonderful place to gather, and the kitchen was fully equipped for preparing family meals. Spectacular sea views and prime location

We had an unforgettable stay at Penthouse San Lorenzo! The apartment is elegant, bright, and very spacious. The absolute highlight is the massive private terrace with panoramic views over the ocean—it was the perfect spot for breakfast in the morning and relaxing at sunset. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Penthouse San Lorenzo.
