Barcelona Center Amazing Terrace Penthouse is an apartment measuring approximately 60 square meters
It is located on Paseo de Gracia, in one of the most iconic buildings of 20th-century architecture, right in the heart of the city, next to Plaza Cataluña.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It’s ideal for two, three, or four people. One bedroom faces Paseo de Gracia. The other bedroom overlooks the building’s inner courtyard and is very bright.
The living room offers great views and is equipped with a Smart TV that allows you to watch various international channels. In this area of the living room, we’ve set up a coffee corner so you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while planning your itinerary around the city. We’ve also provided some guidebooks to help you explore possible itineraries and supplement the information you already have. There’s also a tourist information office very close to the apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with the basics—including small appliances, dishes, silverware, and glassware—that we believe you’ll need for a few days’ stay in the city.
This allows you to cook at the accommodation, although we recommend sampling the local and national cuisine.
One of the highlights of this accommodations are its location. Being in the city center makes it very convenient to explore on foot and also means you’ll spend very little time getting around. Even though it’s in the center, it’s a quiet place to stay. At night, you can sleep very well thanks to the high-quality building materials that provide excellent insulation.
Very close to the accommodation, you’ll find areas with interesting restaurants and tapas bars.
You can also visit the trendiest shops for a shopping spree. The most exclusive boutiques are located on the same street, just a few meters away: Chanel, Bulgari, Loewe, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton, among others.
In front of the building, just a few meters away, buses stop that go to La Roca Village, Barcelona’s premier outlet complex.
The parallel street is Rambla de Cataluña, which is also a prestigious and glamorous street where you can stroll and enjoy tapas.
You can easily reach all the attractions on foot. We recommend doing so to experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere.
However, the area is very well connected by metro, buses, trains, airport shuttles (A1 and A2), taxis, and bicycles...
Another highlight is the private rooftop terrace, which is accessible from inside the apartment via a staircase. This terrace offers beautiful views of the city and is a feature that guests consistently appreciate.
During the day, you can sunbathe; at night, it’s the perfect spot for a special evening with your partner, family, or friends.
