Central flat in quiet area, perfect for festival Edinburgh but also relax.

Hello I am glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you for your positive words. However the review was as a 1 star, the worst possible rating. Is this a mistake? Or is there something we can ammend and change the rating? Again, thank you for your stay and words.

Hello Barry Thank you for your feedback, the flat was cleaned before your arrival. Apologies ifbtgere was something missed. Tge flat has 2 beds, one is a doublevtge other is a kingsize. The sofa sleeps one person straigth but not a sofa bed. Had you let us know and communicated better (never had a reply to any of my messages) we could have placed a sofa bed in the living room as we had before with previous guests. You booked the flat for 3 guests, I m assuming you were honest and only 3 people stayed, therefore the 2 beds (1 being a king) should have been sufficient. If you wished to sleep separately you could have checked or requested it vefore or on the day of arrival.

Hello Emmanuel Thank you for your mixed review. A coupke of things i would like to point out in a guest/Host relation; We clean the house after every guest stay, including washing all linen and providing all clean sheets and towels. We do not control wildlife outside the flat, we encourage it, birds nest and live around tge city and sometimes nest on roofs at certain times of tge year. We are mot here to remove them. We are nature lovers and have seen enough of that. I will keep a closer look to leftovers in the freezer as tbis is not usually used in shorter stays and all guests should remove their rubbish and bins once leaving as per house rules (this didnt completely happen in your stay either). On house rules, a huge one for us is to lock the door behind you ( again, not happened) and leave the keys secure and locked in box, you left yhem hanging outside the box dangling for everyone to see. We re usually patient and allow everyone a fault or 2, and even though i will not change my rating on you, I find important this episodes are shared for future hosts to consider. Hopefully you will be back one day and apreciate the nature this city and country have to offer.

Hello Pamela. Thank you for the feedback. I am a bit confused. All questions were answered within 30 mins and most within 5 mins. I have shown you into the flat in person, and have shown you how to operate the heating in person. There was no communication or issues raised after your check in otherwise we would have fixed anything. I m hoping there s been a confusion in accommodations and this was not meant for Edinburgh flat. Thank you for your stay and Happy new year. Bruno

Hello Regie Sorry you didn't work out the heating. I noticed you used tge timer on it instead of putting it ON manually whenever needed. I wish you would have asked as i could explain or shown you. Usually the flat is very warm once the heater is on. Thank you Bruno
