To make your entry as easy and convenient as possible, we’ve prepared a step-by-step guide for accessing the building and the apartment. Please follow the instructions carefully:
1. Receive the QR Code
Before your arrival, please send us your email address so we can send you the QR code. This code is required to enter the building. We’ll send you the code well in advance so you can check in on your own.
2. Access to the Building
When you arrive at the building, use the QR code or the direct links we’ll send you. Simply hold your phone up to the scanner at the building’s main entrance. Once the QR code has been scanned or you’ve tapped the “main door” or “inner door” shortcuts, the door will open automatically so you can enter without any trouble.
3. Access to the Apartment
Once inside the building, head to Apartment 101, located on the first floor through the gray door leading to the hallway. To open the apartment door, use the smart lock code we’ll provide.
• Tap the screen once or twice to illuminate the numbers.
• Then, enter the code.
• When the green light comes on, pull the handle down to open the door.
Important: For security reasons, do not share this code with anyone.
4. Remember Safety
When entering or leaving the apartment, make sure the door is completely closed. This is essential, as the building has an automated security system and there is no on-site doorman. Safety is our priority, and your cooperation is key!
