Welcome to Baker Street – Your Stylish Stirling City Centre Getaway

Stay in the heart of Stirling at Baker Street, a beautifully restored apartment within a Category C Listed Building, combining historic charm with modern comfort. Guests love our cosy, comfortable and quiet apartment — the perfect base for exploring Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument and the Outlander Trail.

Please note: Baker Street is a first-floor apartment, one level above street/ground level. Access is via a few steps followed by one wide flight of stairs with a handrail. There is no lift/elevator.

Accommodation

The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms — a luxurious king-size room and a welcoming twin room. Either or both are thoughtfully prepared based on your booking. The apartment is perfectly suited to couples, friends and travelling companions.

Fully Equipped Kitchen – Modern appliances and a dining area for home-cooked meals.

Comfortable Living Room – Plush seating, Smart TV, Netflix and streaming channels.

Modern Shower Room – Bright, fresh and well equipped.

Step outside to enjoy the peaceful park directly across the road, or stroll to excellent local restaurants, cafés and independent shops just minutes away.

Our central location makes it easy to tour Stirling’s top attractions or explore the Outlander Trail, with key filming sites nearby. For an extra-special experience, I’m happy to offer a personalised tour of Stirling, sharing local stories, history and hidden gems.

For guest safety and a smooth check-in experience, CCTV operates at the building entrance only. There is no CCTV inside the apartment.

We have been to scotland a few times and this was one of the most well thought out places we've ever stayed. Sandra did a marvelous job, highly recommend baker street.

Loved the location. The property was great. Much better than staying in a hotel. We don’t have a lot of experience not staying in the hotels, but this was very pleasant. Parking for our rental car was the only issue but we made it work. Would stay at this location again and recommend it.

Such a beautiful and comfortable apartment. Every detail has been thought of, very welcoming. The parking is very easy right out front. Looking out at the park is lovely. We would love to stay again.

Patty was an absolutely exceptional guest. The apartment was left extremely clean, tidy, and beautifully cared for — honestly in some of the best condition we’ve ever had it returned in. We could hardly tell anyone had stayed there at all. Communication was smooth throughout and we would be delighted to welcome Patty back anytime. Highly recommended to any future host.

Great apt for family of 3 or 4. Everything you need is provided. Sandra is excellent host w lots of suggestions. Mint for breakfast was delicious. We did get a parking ticket so be sure to upload parking app to avoid going over on your time. (we preferred to keep car out front). EVERYTHING is uphill so be prepared w good walking shoes.

Hello, I’m a proud Scot, born in the 1960s here in bonnie Scotland, and I love nothing more than sharing the beauty, culture, and history of my country with visitors. I’ve been married to my husband Robert for many years, and together we’ve raised two children. Our home is also happily shared with two cats and a dog who keep life lively and full of fun.

I’m an outdoors enthusiast and enjoy walking, cycling, and keeping active at the gym. I find great joy in exploring Scotland’s landscapes, and I encourage guests to do the same—it’s the best way to truly experience the country. At home, my garden is my sanctuary. I grow my own vegetables and love using fresh, homegrown produce in the kitchen.

Sustainability is important to me, and I make every effort to use eco-friendly products in my property, promote recycling, and encourage green living. I believe we can all play a part in looking after our planet.

I’m also an avid Outlander fan, and I delight in pointing visitors to historic and cultural sites nearby. What I enjoy most, though, is meeting new people and helping them feel welcome while they discover the magic of Scotland.

This small but vibrant city is steeped in history and culture, with Stirling Castle towering above the town as a reminder of Scotland’s rich past. It was here that key battles were fought during the Wars of Independence, with legends like William Wallace and Robert the Bruce leaving their mark on the landscape.

Beyond its history, Stirling has a welcoming, lively atmosphere. The cobbled old town is filled with character, while modern cafés, restaurants, and shops give it a fresh energy. Visitors can explore the Old Jailhouse, the Stirling Smith Art Gallery and Museum, or take in a show at the Albert Halls theatre. For those who love whisky, there’s even a distillery nearby, while the train station makes it easy to explore further afield.

What I love most, and why I’ve chosen to host here, is the balance Stirling offers: a place where history comes alive around every corner, yet where you can also relax, enjoy local hospitality, and feel at home. Sharing this unique mix with visitors is what makes hosting here so special.
