We have always known and loved Milton Keynes, and one of our properties has a particularly special connection - it was my father’s home. After his passing, we decided to keep hold of it because we could see just how perfect the location was, both for leisure and business travellers. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac, it offers a calm and private retreat, yet it’s only a short walk to central Milton Keynes, the train station, and some of the city’s biggest employers, such as Santander at Unity Place and Network Rail at The Quadrant.

There is a larger than average garden and on site parking which makes it super-convenient.

What we enjoy most about this area is the balance it strikes between convenience and tranquillity. Guests can enjoy peace and quiet at home while still being just minutes from excellent transport links, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The city centre offers everything from theatres and museums to indoor skiing at Xscape, family attractions like Gulliver’s Land, and plenty of parks and green spaces to explore.

We also love the accessibility. With the M1, A421 and fast rail connections to London, Birmingham and beyond, Milton Keynes is perfectly placed for business or leisure travel. For families, contractors, and professionals, this means less time commuting and more time to enjoy what matters.

Keeping this property in the family has allowed us to share a little piece of Milton Keynes we’ve always cherished.
