Uhindret havudsigt, ved havet et niveau condo. To soveværelser, to bad Condo i den smukke Solana Beach og Tennis Club kun få skridt til stranden. Smuk udsigt til solnedgang! Faldt i søvn til lyden af bølgerne styrter. Fuldstændigt renoveret hjørneenhed med et splinternyt køkken, bade og alt nyt møblement. Denne condo er absolut smuk! Køkkenet kan prale af bordplader i kvarts og high-end rustfrit stål apparater. Bekymrede hårde trægulve overalt.
Moderne strandindretning. BBQ på gårdhaven. 2 overdækkede parkeringspladser og mange gæsteparkeringspladser til rådighed. Masser af opbevaring. En del af et lejlighedsanlæg med 6 nyligt genoplivede tennisbaner, 1 pool og 2 jacuzzier. Klubhus fås også mod et mindre gebyr. Kan ikke slå denne egenskabs placering! Gåafstand til restaurant også i nærheden af Del Mar Fairgrounds. Ægte og sjældne skønhed! Perfekt sted at opbygge mange glade minder!

Incredible Views, Clean and Comfortable!

Breathtaking views from the moment you enter! Clean, comfortable, well organized and has everything you need for your home away from home! Easy access to the beach, pool/spa and other complex amenities as well as a short and beautiful walk to restaurants, coffee, ice cream and shopping. Communication was also helpful and accessible with the owner! We love our stays at this property!

Clean, gorgeous views, wonderful location!

From the moment you walk in, the property is clean, has amazing views of the ocean, and is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything you could need. The unit is exactly what you expect from the pictures, if not better! Communication with the owner was fantastic, and the location to the beach, restaurants, shopping, local farmers market, day trips, and more is superb. We enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to come back.

Great stay

The condo was everything we hoped for. Clean, clean, clean and looks like it was recently remodeled. The beds, furniture flooring were all high grade. There is garage parking for 2 cars. The best part is the view. Unobstructed of the Pacific Ocean. Nice outdoor furniture. Great having coffee in the morning watching the waves, surfers and dolphins. And in great position to have a drink and watch a beautiful sunset. And the property manager was responsive and friendly, making sure our stay was satisfactory.

This property was beautiful the views were breathtaking. The condo was fully stocked with all that you could possibly need.Laura the property manager went over and beyond for our stay. We will be back again.

Fabulous Oceanfront Property

One word about the entire stay, FABULOUS! From the moment you open the door you are awed by the beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. It literally put the biggest smile in my face. The condo is well taken care of and very clean, which is a must for me. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook entire meals, and was very well stocked. The beds are comfortable and the ocean views from the master bedroom were amazing. I loved waking up every morning to the view of the ocean. I spent most of my time on the patio that has comfortable furnishings and allows you to view the surfers, dolphins and boats out on the water. We walked down to the beach most days and spent hours on the sand. The beach is really nice with an active lifeguard on duty. The stairs were a good source of exercise each day. We cooked most meals at the condo, but there are restaurants and shops within walking distance. The condo has everything you need, we actually overpacked. It was like being at home with everything that was provided. The condo grounds are beautiful with 2 covered parking spots that are a very short walk to the front door. The property manager Laura was very responsive and would reply quickly whenever I had any questions. The check in process was easy too with no issues. This is a full 5 star rating. We will absolutely be renting here again.

Amazing Condo On The Cliffs

We spent a week over the Christmas holiday enjoying this beautiful and fully updated condo overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Everything we needed from coffee filters to beach chairs were provided and the owner checked in on us mutliple times. We will be staying here again!

Amazing Views!

The only thing to pack when you stay is clothing. The condo is outfitted with absolutely everything you'd need for a great stay including great beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and anything you could think of in the kitchen and baths. Laura is so great with check in, follow-up and kindness! The views from the patio and living room are breathtaking!

Gorgeous property

This unit is gorgeous! The photos are accurate - very up-to-date and very nice finishes. The kitchen is well equipped - it has everything you need if you want to cook or if you just want to enjoy coffee in the morning and wine in the evening on the patio. The bed in the m aster is comfortable. Great storage space. The extra fans came in handy since it was pretty warm during the last few days of our visit. The host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Check in was a breeze. Overall, a very nice stay.

Perfect Family Vacation

Must rent location for San Diego north county. Beautifully updated corner unit overlooking the beach. Fully stocked with everything a family needs, especially with young kids. Property manager was super responsive and helpful. Will definitely be back again in years to come! Best experience!

Wonderful place to make a vacation!

We are a German family and were travelling with a teenage son. The apartment, the location, the preparation for and the support during our stay there - the total package! - was everything we were hoping for to have a memorable vacation in California. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there! Sitting on the balcony in the morning with our first cup of coffee, we watched the early bird surfers and swimmers in the ocean in front of us as well as the dolphins that passed by regularly between 8 and 9 am. The evening sunsets in the same spot were simply stunning! The apartment is wonderfully designed and equipped with lovely pieces making us feel at home immediately. Everything we needed was there - from soap to beach chairs. We have never before had a kitchen in a holiday apartment which was so well equipped to suit our needs! Laura and Mike, the owners, helped with some recommendations on places to go which we would probably not have discovered ourselves. Therefore, we left this place fully relaxed and enriched by many memorable experiences. Thank you, Laura and Mike. We definitively will be back!

Wonderful Stay

Our family of four spent a wonderful week in this property. It has a great layout, very well equipped, perfect location, incredible view, and excellent communication with host. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Better Than The Reviews (and they were really good)

Ok, so I read all the reviews and I thought "no place is that good". Well, I was wrong. This place is near perfect ... across the board. For instance, the kitchen is better equipped than our own (and that's saying something). Every aspect of this condo exceeded our expectations. Finally, the property manager "Laura" was amazing. We definitely will be back and stay longer.

Wonderful Property!

One of the best VRBO's we have stayed in. Ocean breezes and waves lull you to sleep. The condo has everything you need to cook and watch the evening sunsets. We will definitely be back!

Amazing!

I almost hate to give a review as we will be coming back and don't want other visitors to find this place!! We spent a week in this home and didn't want to leave. The views, the sound of the waves, and the home are spectacular. Laura was great with communication and making us feel welcomed. Condo has everything you need. What a great week.

Terrific Property and Great Escape

If you are looking for a beautiful restful vacation listening to the sound of the ocean and steps from the beach as well as great restaurants and shopping look no further... Owners are superb as well.

Solana Beach getaway

My family (husband, myself, and 13 year old son) thoroughly enjoyed our beach getaway at this lovely, perfectly decorated and well appointed condo! We loved the location, especially the oceanfront views and access to the beach. We kept the balcony doors open to hear the ocean and access the breezes we could during this very hot week. There is no A/C but plenty of ventilation and the ceiling fans and extra fans helped a lot! The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals and we did do that most days. We only ordered takeout food from a local restaurant a couple nights since we weren't comfortable eating out with a crowd during the pandemic. Plus who wanted to leave this amazing view?! Sunsets every night were amazing. No need to pack beach towels, chairs, or umbrellas. All you need is here. It was just a short walk down the stairs to the beach and the area just below the condo had plenty of socially distanced space. The owner could not have been easier to deal with. We felt comfortable asking questions about the condo and the local area. Another bonus is the secured garage parking. Most definitely appreciated. I could go on and on but suffice it to say, we hope to be back soon!

Lovely beach getaway

My family had a wonderful summer vacation in this condo. It was the perfect size for the four of us. The ocean views from the living room and master bedroom instantly made us feel relaxed and happy. As a home cook, I was very impressed by the kitchen. For a beach retreat, it was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, appliances and accessories to cook anything you'd like. During our stay, restaurants were only doing take out and outdoor dining so we prepared nearly all our meals ourselves in the kitchen. There was an ample supply of dishes and glasses with a very quiet dishwasher so clean up was easy. The furnishings in the condo looked brand new with a calming color scheme and relaxing beach images. The beds and pillows were very comfortable with extra blankets and pillows in the closets. The window coverings in the bedrooms let in a lot of light at sunrise. If you are a sensitive sleeper, bring an eye mask to sleep in otherwise you'll be woken up at first light. The washer/dryer were very large and efficient. We opened up the balcony glass doors, turned the ceiling fans on, and had lovely evenings watching the sunset and playing games. Beach access is down a public access staircase of about 100 steps. There is a rinse off shower at the top of the stairs, a lifeguard tower at the bottom of the stairs, and there are no public bathrooms. At the time of our stay in mid-July, masks/face coverings were required while using the staircase. Once down on the sand, there was plenty of space to spread out and have physical distance from other beach goers. It never felt crowded and we didn't mind walking up to the condo to use our clean bathroom. The water is perfect for swimming, boogie boarding and surfing. The sand is soft and can be built into beautiful sand castles. The condo beach closet on the balcony was full of 4 boogie boards, sand toys, 4 beach chairs, and 2 beach umbrellas. There were tennis racquets too but we never ended up using the tennis courts at the condo complex. We spent every day at the beach except for one day of sightseeing around San Diego. Laura was very helpful in providing clear instructions for entry to the condo and responded quickly to my questions. We appreciated having her cell number in case of emergencies but never needed to contact her during our 9 day stay. Having an assigned parking spot in the covered garage was a plus and it was a short walk to the private condo entrance. We loved our vacation stay here!
