Den perfekte Papakea Condo med mange opgraderinger, fantastisk resort beliggenhed og havudsigt! Denne ejendom ligger i bygning B, der tilbyder tæt på havet, stranden, poolen og grillpladsen. Nyd aircondition i hvert værelse og havudsigt fra dette smukt opdaterede condo! Dette Condo styres professionelt af My Perfect Stays, et on-island ejendomsforvaltningsselskab.

Papakea B403 er en tre-værelses, tre-værelses lejlighed med en fantastisk udsigt over Stillehavet. Det fuldt udstyrede og opdaterede køkken har smukke skabe, rustfrit stål apparater og granit bordplader. Et split aircondition system giver kold luft til alle værelser! Det store soveværelse har en king size seng. Det andet soveværelse har en queensize seng og hems soveværelset har to enkeltsenge og et eget badeværelse (en unik grundplan med tre badeværelser!)

I stuen er der en rummelig sovesofa og et fladskærms-tv. Underholdning omfatter gratis kabel og trådløs internetadgang. Alle badeværelser er smukt ombygget og har walk-in brusere. Lejligheden indeholder også en vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. Det er fyldt godt med badehåndklæder, strandstole køligere og mere!

Papakea Resort ligger på North Ka'aanapli Beach og har 11 hektar frodige anlagte grunde, ferskvandskoi damme, 2 svømmebassiner, 2 store boblebade, 12 gasbryggerier, 2 putting greener, 2 shuffleboardbaner og 3 tændte tennisbaner, gratis concierge-tjenester og en døgnåben reception med masser af åben parkering. Feriestedet ligger inden for gåafstand til mange butikker og restauranter. Hver aften tiki fakler lyser op for en udsøgt hawaiisk tropisk atmosfære. Der er en sandstrand kun få skridt fra lejligheden. Nyd svømning, snorkling, skildpaddespotting, boogie boarding, padle boarding og hvalsafari (under hvalsæsonen) fra denne ultimative Maui ejendom.

This beach was closer to the beach then we ever dreamed and the whale watching was incredible!!! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation spot!

We loved staying at Papakea B403. The location was beautiful and so close to the ocean. The view was amazing, and we loved that we were in walking distance to local restaurants and stores. The unit itself was perfect for our family We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay at Papakea!

If you want to stay at Papakea, this place is fantastic! Great location with easy access to both the pool/grills and main street for coffee shops, restaurants, etc. It had 2 lovely bedrooms and a loft space so we comfortable slept 6 adults and 1 toddler. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this condo unit, which has unobstructed ocean view. It's within walking distance to Times market, food trucks and more restaurants. We'd come back to this place soon!

Papakea is a great place for Familys

B403 is a perfect setup for a family vacation. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The unit was well equipped. Plenty of beach, chairs, snorkel equipment, a boogie board and several coolers.The outdoor grill is great for making simple dinners.

Great Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Papakea with 3 adults and 2 children ages 5 & 2. The grounds are stunning. Wonderful location with walking distance to enough (beach, playground, coffee shop, supermarket, food trucks) and a short drive to get to nicer beaches and larger shops. The MPS staff was incredibly communicative and the unit was exactly as described. We hope to be back someday and would happily stay here again.

Great property supplied everything they advertised. Beautiful view, convenient location. Only downside is the morning noise on and off property. Coming from eastern standard time zone, the 7 am garbage and construction noise is a bit early, but just helps get our day started earlier.

Great location and nice resort

Plenty of room. Loved the Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie board, snorkel equipment, portable crib and beach towels. Well equipped. Only issues was the refrigerator freezer door is janky and is super hard to open and close. This needs to be repaired.

Beautiful Views!

We recently enjoyed a stay at Papakea with our family. The condo was very clean and the best equipped kitchen with every appliance and gadget you might require during your stay! The views off of the lanai are stunning and we enjoyed sunset dinners most nights from our unit! The staff were very friendly and checked in on us repeatedly to make sure everything was going okay and to offer assistance. Overall the resort is fairly quiet but the pool area was clean and well maintained and the staff regularly cleaned the lounge chairs. I will absolutely look to rent again at Papakea on my next trip to Maui!

Papakea B403 view of the ocean is gorgeous! Spacious for 6 adults. We left the front and back door open and the breeze feels so good! Kitchen came standard with amenities. Love that washer and dryer had detergent and dryer sheets. All bathrooms came with extra towels and soap/shampoo/lotion. One of the bedroom closet have all swim toys/umbrella/beach chairs/snorkel gears/etc… (we didn't use) Will definitely stay here again.

Where is the comfort?

My husband and I ended up going to a hotel, the two downstairs bedrooms were ok, but there were three couples and we were in the loft. The two twin beds were so old that the springs creaked and were extremely uncomfortable… The place could have been cleaner, The chairs and couch were grimy, it looks like The place only received a surface clean., But we were just there for five days, so we cleaned and enjoyed the balcony with this beautiful view of the ocean. Sorry it’s not a better review, but you really need to replace the beds with something more comfortable. Thank you to the management for an easy check in and check out, you were excellent.

Papakea B403

We had a great stay (I would rate overall 4 1/2) with 3 bedrooms for 5 adults and one infant. The grounds are lovely, the views from the unit and grounds are beautiful, and the location is a short walk to the north end of the Ka'anapali Beach Walkway (near Duke's restaurant). We had one issue with an air conditioner leak that required plumbers , but this was no one's fault, and both the plumbers and the manager with My Perfect Stays handled the situation immediately and professionally. My two pieces of advice would be to upgrade the hall bathroom, which shows quite a bit of wear, and make it possible to control the air conditioning units from each area separately, instead of all being controlled in the primary bedroom (or maybe we just couldn't figure it out!). Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay in West Maui!

Had a great stay at this 3 bedroom 3 bathroom rental property on the Papakea Resort. The grounds of the resort are absolutely beautiful. The condo is well maintained and clean enough. The 3rd bedroom, is not exactly a bedroom, but a loft with its own bathroom, and is located up the stairs. This is it important to know, in case anyone has their own issues with steps. My Perfect Stays was an excellent property management company, who helped us quickly when we needed assistance with the entrance code to the unit. The unit has great air conditioning, but they are on timers which can be annoying because they need to be reset every 6 hours. This is something that should be eliminated. Overall, I would stay at the resort again.

Perfect place in paradise

Perfect place for a family. The condo had a washer and dryer and tons of extras that made it so much easier. There were tennis rackets/balls for the tennis courts, putters and balls for the putting greens, beach towels and beach bags, plus two insulated bags and coolers for beach days. There was also a beach umbrella and probably 8-10 pairs of snorkels/fin sets, so no need to rent any. The location of the property is perfect, close to D.T. Fleming Beach which isn’t as busy, has bathrooms and a lifeguard. It is also 5 min from downtown Lahaina with a grocery story, drugstore, etc. There are multiple air conditioning units in the condo so it is easily kept cool. The property itself is very well kept and clean. The outdoor grills are cleaned every day. There is a lot of parking for residents of Papakea and many shops within walking distance. We would recommend this place to anyone.

It was a great stay. The location was near (few minutes walk) to some sandy beaches and great snorkeling area. There is an ABC store and some restaurants nearby. There is a grocery store a minute drive out. The condo itself is also great. It was on the top floor and had an ocean view where you can see the sunset. Rooms were clean and well stocked. They also stock us with extra towels and beach chairs. We were also right next to the pool. Some potential downsides. * No gym (not sure if the description mentioned it) * Resort fee is added by Papakea when you pick up your parking pass (not sure if the description mentioned it) * They have a partial list of condiments (for example no soy sauce) * One table (for dining). No additional work table. We highly recommend the unit and would stay there again.

The view and location were good. The resort grounds were well kept. The unit itself was a disaster. The refrigerator was broken when we arrived and not repaired for at least 24 hours and the freezer never worked properly. We called maintenance numerous times with a list of things not working from shower doors off the track, to a leaky dishwasher, to a leaky toilet, to fan switches that didn’t work, and so on, it became comical. The beach chairs and umbrellas were falling apart, the carpet is dirty and worn and the vacuum smells when you run it. This unit needs a total redo. We would not recommend staying in this unit. My Perfect Stays was responsive, they did contact the unit owner and I received a very minuscule refund. My Perfect Stays told me I should understand that homes have problems but why would I want to deal with house problems while on vacation? This was definitely not my perfect stay.

We do our very best to avoid having to do maintenance in our units during guest stays and even do routine maintenance inspections to address items before they become major issues. Unfortunately sometimes maintenance items come up that are simply unavoidable. We are so grateful that our on island team was able to address any issues that you had within hours of them occurring. Great spot for a stay!

My fiancé and I along with 2 other couples stayed here for our 5 day trip. The condo was spacious and every couple had their own restroom, which was awesome! I stayed in the loft (which there’s a bathroom upstairs) and had no issues. You can partially see into the loft through the railing as seen in the pictures, but I just hung up my sarong or a towel and it was fine. Master bedroom is very spacious, and other room is a little smaller but not bad. Great location! Across the way from the market so easy stop for groceries, snacks, ice and other necessities. Also (probably depending on time of year) there’s a lot right next door with a bunch of delicious food trucks! Major plus! The pool area is great. Heated pool, large hot tub, and putting green! They only con I can think of were the timers for the AC. They run on a 6 hour max dial, so just be sure to crank it right before you go to sleep or the AC will shut off in the middle of the night. Understandable to save energy since a lot of people leave the AC on when they leave for the day. It was just a drag to wake up hot and have to go re-crank the dial. I wouldn’t say it was a huge deal, just a heads up. I would definitely stay here again. The sunsets are beautiful! Aloha!🤙🏽

Great view and location...condo needs maintenance and deep cleaning

Our stay was 10 days. Upon arrival, found AC unit in smaller bedroom was very loud. So much so that it kept everyone awake, as part of the unit was located in the loft bathroom. Called customer service and they couldn't send anyone for 2 days, so 3 nights with little sleep. Two nights before the end of our stay it started raining, outside and into the master bedroom. Water was dripping from between the boards on the ceiling. Called guest services and they said to put a towel down and wait to hear from them. They called back to tell us that there would be someone there to look at it 5 days later, after we would be gone. Through our last night it continued to rain and new spots continued to pop up where the water was coming through the ceiling. Luckily, it didn't leak over the bed, but we kept having to move our belongings when it would start dripping on them. We listened to water dripping onto soaked towels all night. They dropped off a bag of old towels and told us not to use the good ones to lay on the floor. The whole bedroom was so damp and humid from the leaking that our clothes and shoes were damp, even with the AC running and both ceiling fans on. There were also come issues with cleanliness. The banister and hand rail leading to the loft were filthy. Master bathroom had mold and mildew under the glass panel. Towels had stains. The whole unit needs a good cleaning and some updating. Very disappointed with our stay here.
