The appartment was great. It would have been better for my stay with more blankets. Getting the key was difficult because our flight was delayed and the vege shop was closing.. a better way to ensure the entry was more convenient..

The apartment is really nice and we enjoyed the area a lot, but the key pick-up/drop-off arrangement is very inconvenient - especially when you have luggage to deal with as we did. To the owners - please stop making people collect from a random shop several minutes walk away!!!

Great location near hospitals

Great location only 5 mins walk from Mercy/Austin hospital. There are lots of nearby restaurants, shops, supermarkets, chemists. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Ideal location for hospital

Great location for us.Walls and doors need cleaning, dirty marks everywhere.Kitchen, bathrooms clean and bedroomsThere was no spray and wipe for cleaning bench tops, no bin bags or toilet rolls

The location and the apartment was ok, the cable for the TV was not plugged in s ...

The location and the apartment was ok, the cable for the TV was not plugged in so had to make in lean on the TV cabinet to get reception. I feel TV is needed in the bedrooms as the couch has no neck support and when there 2 guests you are limited what you both want to watch. I also couldn't get my clothes to dry in washer/ dryer 4 hour cycle and nowhere near dry. My BIGGEST peav is collecting the key from the fruit shop and the code not sent to the guest portal and was not working and took nearly half an hour to get customer service to rectify whilst I had my 88 year old father who has dementia waiting whilst all this was happening. Then to wheel 2 suit cases to the apartment and my father had a 4 wheel walker aswell to make our way to the apartment. Then on the day of departure having to drop the key back to the shop at 6.30am and the code given was not working which frustrated me again and I said to the manager who was completely understanding that I was leaving as I had a plane to catch and I had left my father alone outside thinking that this was going to be a quick drop off. Surely in today's world there has to be a better and convenient way of accessing the key to the apartment.

Unfortunately, our experience at this apartment was far from what we expected. We were given a late check-in, even though we arrived on time, and when we finally entered the place, the apartment was not properly cleaned. The floors and carpets were noticeably dirty, we found garbage on the floor, and the bathrooms looked like they had barely been cleaned. Since we were traveling with a baby, we had to clean and vacuum ourselves just to make the space usable, which should never happen during a vacation.We reached out to the host, with photos of all but the issues were never resolved during our stay. We told them that it was not fair for us to pay for a cleaning fee when we arrived to a dirty apartment but no response about it, instead they offered to clean the apartment the day before leaving which is unacceptable why we wanted that? Additionally, the apartment only provided one pair of keys for four guests, which made coming and going very inconvenient.Overall, this stay was disappointing and stressful, especially with a baby. I hope the host takes this feedback seriously and improves the cleanliness and guest experience moving forward.
