Whether hosting a family dinner or enjoying cocktails with friends, the kitchen is well-equipped for any event. We are committed to providing a safe, top-tier experience for all our guests. To ensure these high health and hygiene standards are met, our maintenance team automatically performs essential pool and garden care at least once every two days. Please note that this upkeep schedule is a mandatory safety requirement for the property and will be carried out seamlessly throughout your stay. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.



Guest Access:

The whole villa is yours to enjoy. You will have full access to all the available facilities and services with absolute and complete privacy. Feel free to use the pool, the garden, and the entirety of the house as you please.



You can access the villa from an “alley” that is reached from the main road where you can also park up to one medium-sized car and several motorbikes. Each bedroom comes with its own key set that includes the key to the entrance gate.



The Neighborhood:

Features a prime location without compromising your peace and privacy. A mere three minutes from the beach, you're well placed within walking distance to some of Bali's best beach clubs and resorts. Step out of the villa's quiet alley onto one of the most popular streets in Seminyak, full of great shopping, restaurants, and bars!



Well isolated from the hustle and bustle, your private villa gives all the energy of a secluded tropical retreat, but wander outside, and you're in walking distance to infamous nightclubs like La Favela or Mexicola. Surround yourself with some of Bali's trendiest spots for dinner and a drink, perfect for the aspiring foodie! You'll find no shortage of great options nearby from Ku De Ta, Mano Beach Club, Italian Job, Revolver Coffee, Si Jin Steakhouse, and the up-and-coming Junction House.

Getting Around:

The villa is strategically located with restaurants, bars, beach spots, and Bali’s nightlife, all reachable by foot. For the adventurer looking for more sightseeing, a day tour with one of our drivers is a great way to see the island. We offer convenient transport services with a fleet of available cars and experienced local drivers. We’re more than happy to assist you with renting your own scooter, motorbike, or car. Take the stress out of holiday travel; getting around was never so easy.



Other Things to Note:

Daily cleaning is provided six days a week. Additional services such as breakfasts or in‑house massages can be arranged upon request.



Interaction with Guests:

We’re excited to have you stay with us as our guest and will be available throughout your stay to assist with any needs or questions. Upon check-in, a member of the staff will be present to greet you, giving a small tour of the property and providing you with the room keys. Our villas are stand-alone properties, so rest assured you will have complete privacy; the entire villa is yours to enjoy.
