The Space:

Tranquillity 3 is a two-storey lodge consisting of an open-plan living space with an oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine chiller, kettle, toaster, dining seating, Smart TV, and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room, ground-floor king-size with Smart TV, and ground-floor twin with Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. There is a bathroom with a bath, handheld shower, basin, and WC, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, and washing machine. On-site, you’ll find a fishing lake (fishing licence and equipment is required), children's play area, local farm shop, and nearby walking trails. WiF is available for an additional fee, and fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot available on request, and a highchair is available on request and at an additional fee. Outside, there is enclosed decking with a hot tub and furniture, and designated parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Enjoy a Cumbria escape at Tranquillity 3. The Neighborhood:

Located just off the M6 and 20 miles south of the scenic Lake District, Carnforth is the sort of place that everyone has heard of, and many desire to discover this hidden gem. Situated at the north end of Morecambe Bay, north of the historic town of Lancaster, 15 miles from the winding lanes of the Yorkshire Dales and a hop and a skip from the Lake District, it is close to absolutely everywhere! Other local attractions include Greenlands Farm Village for crafts, local produce, a play area, café, and a garden centre. The lovely area just north of Carnforth has tidal sands bordering the huge expanse of Morecambe Bay. It offers plenty of pleasant walks and opportunities to see local birds and wildlife in this fabulous area of Lancashire. Don't forget to visit the lovely old market town of Kirkby Lonsdale where you can walk or cycle along the Lancaster to Kendal Canal nearby.
