We loved our stay at this home! The size was perfect for our family of 10. The location and view are absolutely amazing. My mother-in-law spent the majority of her time on the deck off the living room enjoying the ocean view, The living room and dining room fit all of us comfortably. The kitchen was incredibly organized and great to cook in. Everything was clean and very well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here and made wonderful memories. Would highly recommend.

We loved this property due to its ocean front location. It easily fit our group of 8 and had plenty of room to hang out on the two rainy days we encountered. The house is literally right on the beach. If you like going to sleep with the sound of waves in the background, there's probably no better house in Kauai than this. As accurately represented in the listing, the ocean in front of the house is rough, and mostly not good to swim in. We would ride the short 5 minutes to Tunnels, or 10 minutes to Hanalei Bay beach, our favorite. House had all fixtures and amenities in the kitchen to cook and feed a large group, and was set up with plenty of necessary items like washing soap, garbage bags etc... for at least for the first few days.

Falling asleep to the sound of the waves right outside is something this oceanfront spot does better than almost anywhere, and it gave your group of eight room to spread out comfortably, rainy days included. We're glad the listing set the right expectations on the surf out front, and that nearby Tunnels and Hanalei Bay made for easy swimming days. Gorgeous home, amazing views! RIGHT on the beach. I didn’t fully understand that 2 of the bedroom/suites were “separate” from the main house, for multiple couples/families that’s a definite plus, for one family with kids it’s a little less desirable. A bit of traffic noise in those 2 suites. Just good to know going in. House was immaculately clean, stocked with everything you could possibly want! Loved the beach towels, beach chairs, etc… The location was perfect for us, away from the mainstream, but close enough to drive, lush surroundings, perfectly secluded. Fans were a definite plus since the ocean front rooms don’t have a cross breeze. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for our group of 9! We had ages 8 to 79 and loved every minute here! The views were gorgeous and the space was fabulous!! The house was so well designed!

Spectacular vacation rental

Our family loved staying at Haena! The views, especially the sunrises, were amazing; location was great; and loved being directly on the beach. The house was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Sophia was extremely helpful and put us at ease by making everything go smoothly. We’d definitely stay at Haena again!

Lovely property & location

This location was exactly what we were looking for; far from anything ‘city’ feeling, laid back, and surrounded by nature. The beachfront location is unmatched, and the accommodations were perfect. Just a watch out: there is no a/c. This was mostly not an issue but there were some hot moments when we wished we could close up and turn on the a/c.

Beautiful secluded home

We truly enjoyed this property. Every bit as beautiful as the pictures. Check in was easy and they even accommodated and early arrival. We had 3 couples and it was great that each couple had their own master suite. Would absolutely recommend.

Millionaire Lifestyle

Just stay here. It’s literally on the water from the balcony. End of a beach so you get very few passer byers. Beautiful chef friendly kitchen. The yard by the road is a nice touch and having two little studios attached by the yard helped give families some space which they enjoyed.

Family Vacation in Kauai

This house was a great location to bring our family of 9 together. The ocean views were wonderful, and we prepared and shared some great meals in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen and dining room. The property manager was very helpful when a tsunami warning was issued. The only negative was poor air circulation in 2 of the first floor bedrooms. The house is not air conditioned.

A unique & beautiful spot

Magical, all that we imagined. No house location like it. Plenty of rooms and options, multiple lanai’s-impeccably furnished. We’ll be back. Remember-it’s not a swimming beach right there, but sun rises, digging crabs, surf, rainbows and sand are just fine!

We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. It truly is one of a kind. Sophia, the property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. She was fantastic to work with. We plan to stay here again. Being right on the ocean and listening to the waves every night was incredible. The location is conveniently close to Hanalei, but far enough away that you feel secluded. We highly recommend this home.

Beautiful north shore location

Loved the location on the north shore and proximity to Ha’ena state park, Hanalei town, etc. The views from the property were great. Kauai is easy to get around and we traveled south to Poipu area for day trips no problem. We loved walking on the beach even though it is too rough for swimming. House was well equipped and had plenty of space for our group of 10. No a/c as is the norm for most of the homes on the island, but the constant breeze felt nice. We enjoyed the covered front porch when we wanted to be out of the sun. Loved frequenting the Haven (local coffee stand) less than a mile away. Also loved hiking Hanakapia falls and Captain Andy’s Napali coast raft tour.

Great Beach Vacation Property

The property is fantastic, great views and the beachfront is basically private for how few people walked by. It is late in the season and the water was too rough for the kids to safely swim in there, but they loved playing in the sand and running from the waves. Short drive to hanalei town area, multiple beaches within short walking or driving distance. The house had all amenities you need for a beach house vacation, including beach chairs/umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys. Thank you

Oceanside jewel

This home, and the property management people, made our vacation a dream. The ocean is 75 feet from the deck. The kitchen is comfortable and well equipped. The breeze from the ocean keeps the living and bedrooms cool. The proximity of Hanlei and Princeville make shopping for fresh fish and vegetables very easy. I would HIGHLY recommend this home.
