Casa Margherita is a charming rustic cottage in Zignago, above Brenzone.
The view of the lake is magnificent: you can see Isola Trimelone, Malcesine, and Monte Baldo, as well as the steep cliffs of the lake’s western shore. Casa Margherita is in an absolutely quiet location. Even in high season, you’ll find no hustle and bustle and no traffic here. Yet the nearest beach is just 1,500 m away. It’s also accessible via a walking path (800 m). And there’s a nice terrace restaurant in town that also serves delicious wood-fired pizza (300 m). The property is fully fenced and secured by an automatic gate; guests will be given the access code upon arrival. Wood-fired barbecue.

Casa Margherita consists of 6 apartments (No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 7, and No. 8), all with wonderful lake views.
The apartments are bright and cheerfully furnished, each with stone floors, gas central heating, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private parking space.

Each apartment has a separate entrance
Apartment No. 3, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on the 2nd floor and offers, on approximately 50 m²,
+ an open living area with a seating area, a double sofa bed, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi, a closet, and air conditioning
+ a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning,
+ a bathroom with a shower and toilet
+ a kitchen-living room with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, and a dining table for six people
+ a small storage room with a washing machine
+ The terrace (on the 1st floor) with a magnificent lake view is shared with Vacation Rental 2, which is located on the 1st floor.
+ The 200 m² terraced garden is also for shared use.
+ Deck chairs and umbrellas are provided.
+ Access to the apartment is via an outdoor staircase leading from the terrace. There are also stairs inside the apartment—approximately 10 steps leading to the kitchen.
