Brea is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, just a short walk to the many amenities that Rock has to offer. The very popular beach at Polzeath approximately just 2 miles away. Polzeath beach is an expansive sandy beach renowned surfers of all capabilities. An ideal family-friendly destination for families with rock pools to explore exposed at low tide. RNLI seasonal lifeguard patrols, surf schools, cafes, and parking.
The popular market town of Wadebridge is approx. just 5 miles away with an excellent range of shops, cinema and sports complex which includes an indoor swimming pool.
