We stayed for 2 nights at Stavri’s place. I’m giving it a 2-star review due to two main issues: lack of communication and cleanliness.Communication: I had to message twice over 2 days to receive the check-in information, and the replies were slow in appearing. The first one only gave the address (which was wrong!), and I had to message a third time to enquire about how to actually access the property. It would have been easy to let us know that that information would only be sent after the previous occupants had left, but for some reason I had to really push to get that information.When my friends arrived (before me), they realised the address we had been given was wrong and so I messaged again and was told the correct address. Then they realised the key code was wrong. They called the owner who gave them the correct code. This seems like it should be a very easy problem to avoid.Cleanliness: The second issue was the general state of the flat: there were chipped bowls in the cupboards, sticky counter surfaces, a mug with old coffee stains in the bottom, a piece of lettuce in the bottom of the fridge, stains on the sofa bed, the shower gel had run out, and there was no bed linen for the fourth bed. I gave the place 2 stars rather than 1 because the flat is in a great location (it’s opposite a noisy bar, but that doesn’t bother everyone), and I think the above issues are very easy ones to fix, if the owner wants to.
