Renoveret sommerhus 250 meter fra vandet

You arrive at a place of tranquility, interrupted only by the sound of the sea and the rich bird life. This completely renovated summer house is located in the middle of a scenic area, only 250 meters from the water and 500 meters from the nearest beach, Hønsinge Lyng Strand – the perfect retreat to recharge your batteries.

The house has been renovated and furnished with an eye for quality and has a bright kitchen-living room as the natural gathering place. As an extension of the house, you will find a separate guest house, which provides plenty of flexibility and extra elbow room for relaxation in comfortable surroundings.

Outside, the garden opens up to the forest and surrounding trees. There is room for both activity and contemplation with large soccer goals, a sandbox, and games, while the natural tranquility is preserved.

The marked routes in the area take you along the dike to Gudmindrup Strand and Haveje Spisested. Visit the Estershøj viewpoint, the golf course restaurant in Højby, or cycle to Rørvig Fisk. Nykøbing town with its pedestrian street and lively atmosphere is just a short distance away.
