Arkitekttegnet hus med udsigt over Valö fjord

This distinctive house is situated high and sheltered with a spectacular view of the Valö fjord and the characteristic pink granite mountains. Here you can experience a perfect balance between nature and architecture, where the building opens up to the landscape with large windows.

The minimalist Nordic style is reflected in the choice of materials, with pine, glass and heated concrete floors. The interior is warm and inviting, giving you a safe base even during the most dramatic winter storms.

The well-planned garden extends over several levels of terraces and beds, with local pebbles used as a recurring element. Here you'll also find a sunken fire pit integrated into the natural rockery, perfect for evening al fresco dining.

From the property you have easy access to the Valön nature reserve with its secluded swimming spots and rich wildlife. Visit the historic 12th-century Svenneby gamla kyrka (Svenneby Old Church) or explore the local art scene at KKV Bohuslän and Gerlesborgsskolan with their charming cafés.
