Historisk lejlighed med udsigt over Assisi

Surrounded by greenery just 1.5 km from Assisi's historic center, this refined 17th-century pink stone mansion welcomes you with breathtaking views of the Umbrian valley. A majestic century-old oak tree, surrounded by stained glass windows, gives the apartment a unique and evocative character.

The interior is on two levels, where contemporary design and historical details blend harmoniously. On the ground floor, you can relax in the bright living room with a fireplace, while on the upper floor a spacious master bedroom with a Turkish bath and a panoramic living room with a terrace await you.

The glass solarium offers spectacular views of the Rocca Maggiore, perfect for admiring Umbrian sunsets. The heated outdoor hot tub, which can accommodate up to 5 people, promises moments of pure relaxation under the stars.

From your retreat, you can easily explore Mount Subasio, walk the Sentiero degli Ulivi or visit the Eremo delle Carceri. Art cities such as Perugia, Spello and Gubbio are within easy reach, while Lake Trasimeno awaits for romantic sunset aperitifs.
