Dimora Nascè - Suite by the sea with living area and parking space

In Sicily, hospitality takes place under the stars; this area boasts one of the "most beautiful starry skies in Italy," and it is beneath this very sky that DIMORA NASCE’ was created. Nestled amidst the greenery of Sicilian citrus groves—laden with the colorful, fragrant fruit characteristic of the local landscape—and located just 300 meters (a four-minute walk) from the beach, the property was built by my parents as a summer home. It was the place where the whole *famigghia* would gather for holidays and the summer season—a place for cooking traditional dishes, preparing preserves, and hosting celebrations. Surrounded by countryside on three sides, the property offers a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere—far removed from the bustle of holidaymakers and city chaos, yet close to the sea. All essential amenities (grocery stores, a pharmacy, beach clubs, restaurants, bars, and pizzerias) are within a short walk. Nearby places of interest are easily accessible by car or metro; the metro station (1.5 km away, with free parking) connects the town to Palermo’s historic center in just 11 minutes, as well as to Bagheria (3 minutes) and Cefalù (58 minutes). The location also allows for quick drives—just 9 and 13 minutes respectively—to the neighboring seaside villages of Aspra and Porticello. Guests can explore the stunning coastline stretching from Sant'Elia, Capo Zafferano, and Capo Mongerbino (home to the "Arco Azzurro" natural monument and boat excursion opportunities) all the way to Cefalù, while heading west brings you to the Gulf of Palermo and the Conca d'Oro. The property has been recently renovated and tastefully furnished; I personally oversaw the restyling and interior design. Although my background is in law and administration, I have a passion for antiques and local traditions, so I focused on every detail to reflect our Sicilian heritage and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Amenities include Wi-Fi, LED Smart TVs, air conditioning, an experiential shower with chromotherapy, a safe, a terrace, a private garden, and free on-site parking. It is the ideal setting for those seeking a tranquil stay in touch with nature and the sea.
