We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the house and appreciated the comfort, location, and our communication throughout your stay — it means a lot to us. Regarding the noise issue, thank you for taking responsibility and helping future guests understand how serious the City of Palm Springs is about enforcing its vacation rental ordinance. As hosts, we’re held to very strict standards, and a violation can result in the city suspending our license for two entire years. That’s why we communicate these rules clearly and often. It’s not to scare anyone, but simply to preserve the ability to keep welcoming wonderful guests like you. We’re grateful for your understanding and cooperation, and we’re happy you had a great overall experience. We hope to host you again in the future!
