Maria's Terrace

Maria's Terrace is the ideal choice for groups of friends or couples with children who want to enjoy an authentic experience, immersed in the area's traditional atmosphere.

It offers a welcoming and charming atmosphere, perfect for those who love to travel and discover the region’s beauty.

It’s particularly well-suited for those traveling by car who want to enjoy a scenic location and an unforgettable sunset over the Gulf of Naples and the island of Capri, which will accompany you throughout your stay.

To access the house, you’ll need to climb about ten flights of stairs.

At the entrance, you’ll find:
-A fully equipped kitchen with a sofa bed
-A bathroom with a shower
-A bedroom with a double bed
-A terrace with a panoramic view

There is also a convenient laundry area on the lower level.

Free street parking is available. Parking is unguarded and subject to availability.

About 100 meters from the house on the main street, there is an additional free, unguarded parking area.

The house is equipped with towels for all guests. Daily housekeeping is not included and must be handled by guests themselves during their stay.

However, we are happy to arrange additional cleaning services upon request, available for a fee.

Bus service in the area is infrequent; we again recommend traveling to the accommodation by car for greater convenience.

For check-in—in order to receive the keys—you will need to present a valid ID for each guest or send a copy via message in advance.

The tourist tax (from April 1 to October 31) is €3.00 per person per night for up to 7 nights and must be paid in cash upon arrival.

A €50 surcharge will be applied for any arrival after the designated check-in time.
