Hyggeligt studio (900 kvm) beliggende i et hus med dronning seng, opholdsstue med 70 tommer tv, (Netflix til rådighed) tekøkken med mikrobølgeovn, Nesspresso kaffemaskine, el te, stort badeværelse med bruser, vaskerum, garage. Placeringen er meget god, 10 minutter til downtown Kirkland, Lake Washington 10 min. 15 min til Bellevue, downtown Seattle sandsynligvis 20 min via 520 broen. Smukke parker og trail tæt ved. Mindre end 10 min til Bastyr Universitet. Cascadia College er 15 min afstand. Woodinville vingårde 10 min væk. Masser af gode restauranter tæt ved (10 min eller mindre). Privat indgang og udendørs opholdsområde hvor du kan nyde en aften ved ilden. Måske marshmallow stegning? Costco, Trader Joe, andre dagligvarer opbevares meget tæt ved.

The owner has done a great job with a 5* remodel.This property would work for an easy accessible property as you enter lower level suite of a split level home through the garage, with no steps required. A side yard has a nice private sitting area set up for your use. As with any VRBO that has a door that could be shared with the owner (interior stairs, for example), may I suggest that a lock be put on both sides of the unused door, not just the owner's side., and a lock from the garage to the suite. Thanks for a lovely stay. Great wine and snacks and wonderful soaps!

This property is SUPER nice. Lots of indoor space, comfy bed and linens, huge bathroom with every product I needed :) a driveway or garage parking spot, very well appointed, down to the sweets and wine. :) The 'cottage' name however, is a misnomer. You enter thru the garage into this studio under the house. The location was perfect for us! Easy access to the WA522 toward the Woodinville wine region. We wpukd definitely book this property again!

Our stay was wonderful. Our host had fresh fruit, a salad package, French bread & a bottle of wine waiting for us! So thoughtful!! The studio is clean & fresh flowers on the table!! The bed is comfy & big fluffy towels. This is our second stay here & will come back again.

This was a lovely, roomy studio with so many nice extras. I'm a country girl who has a well, so I appreciate bottled water already in the fridge, not to mention some snacks and a nice bottle of wine. The bathroom had everything you need from shampoo to lotions to robes. Check in and out was easy and great communication from the hostess. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

I stayed here for 9 days and everything was perfect. The extra touches like fresh fruit, laundry detergent - anything you could want was there, including condiments and a keurig. I would 100% stay here again!!

Great spot

Beautiful cozy and clean space. Very charming, and has everything you need and more. It was quiet and peaceful and felt very safe as a solo traveler. The host was communicative and very kind. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Just what we needed

The rooms were modern and clean with a European type of style. The private entrance was nice with garage parking available. Our stay was quiet and comfortable.

Amazing space with kind and accomodating hosts. In a perfect world the secondary door that enters directly into the unit would have its own lock, but the primary lock is perfectly sufficient.

Great and cozy location!

We had a great time here. It was close enough to Seattle to go into the city for the day but in a nice suburb with plenty of other places to try. The hosts were welcoming and very responsive!

A GEM OF A STAY!

Our stay at this cozy little studio was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how well-stocked it was—literally everything you could possibly need, from personal care items to a rare Keurig machine. Emi was a fantastic host, making communication effortless from the time of our booking until the end of our stay. The studio is decorated with such care, creativity, and attention to detail; it truly felt like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a gem of a place to stay, look no further! Both my friend and I were astonished by the niceness of the place, they really put in the effort to make it cozy and hospitable. Good communication as well. I would choose this place again when I come back if it is available. Great place!

A wonderful experience!

We were in the area for a month visiting family. The studio was a wonderful retreat! The amenities were amazing, everything you could need! The treats that were left were an amazing addition and really made us feel welcome! Though the host lives upstairs it is quiet. Everything is very comfortable and there is plenty of space to relax. Communication was excellent! Emi is an amazing host! This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it was much more than we expected! We will definitely stay here again if it is available!

This was a fabulous place to stay. The property is convenient to many things (groceries, family, transportation access). And it is cozy, comfortable, quiet, and exceptionally well equipped. We could not have asked for more!!

Perfect for what I needed

I was in the Seattle area for 4 days and 3 nights, on a motorcycle trip at the end of September, and needed (wanted) a place to stay that had a garage available for the motorcycle, which this one did. That was a huge perk, especially as it was raining on the day I left and I was able to load the bike in a dry garage before heading out for a long day of riding in the rain. Access to the studio apartment is through the garage, and the apartment is the basement of the owner's house. They do have a cat upstairs, I'm pretty sure, but that was fine by me as I was missing my two cats while I was gone from home so I didn't mind hearing some "meowing" occasionally. The hot and cold water piping is reversed in the shower, and if I recall correctly, the kitchen sink. Once I figured out that detail everything was good. And everything was good! The neighborhood is clean and quiet, the studio apartment was clean and cozy (as titled), and I would choose to stay here anytime I'm in the Seattle area, assuming those future dates are available. Excellent place to stay for a visit to the Seattle area! We were treated so well! From the bottle of wine on arrival to sadly saying good-bye it was our home away from home.
