Great Location and very clean and modern

This one bedroom with a pullout sofa in the living room, is right across the street from the JW Marriott with great access to the beach with a path that takes you to the Gulf. Nice kitchen with everything you need to make some great meals. With the King bedroom and pullout you can sleep 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.

Worn out sofa

The property is in in a great location and the room was for the most part clean. The issue is the extremely loud sofa when you sit in it.

The location is great: across from the beach entrance, and within walking distance of good restaurants. The condo is well stocked.Recommendations for 202: a safety bar in the tub/shower. A table between the oven and the window wall. We had to use the ironing board for extra storage. A floor lamp is needed near the love seat--the table lamp doesn't give enough light for reading. Both the sofa and love seat give a whoopee cushion effect.Ok--enough of what's needed. We're still returning for a fourth year.

Great Stay

This was a great unit and would book this again. Everything you needed was provided and some extras. It appeared previous stayers left behind their extra items; toiletet paper, creams etc. and we did the same. The unit had all the necessary beach items for your use. Overall, excellent.

Security is good, location is great, furnishings are top notch, the apartment is very roomy. We just couldn't have wanted anything more and would definitely stay here again. (Note that you have an assigned parking spot - the unit number is in the parking space. I don't believe that is indicated up front.)

Awesome Week

The condo was nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. It was nice not having to purchase sugar for my coffee and although I didn't use any, there was coffee available if I needed. The beach chairs were great as well as the umbrella, bedding and towels were nice quality. We had a great, relaxing time.

Great location and cute condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to make a last minute change in our plans and were able to secure this condo the day we arrived. It is nicely decorated, clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location is great directly across from public beach access and just down the street from many restaurants. Throughout our stay we had to extend a couple days 2 different times and the management was happy to assist. If your looking for pickleball or tennis it's right there on the property as well. The only downside was that both of the doors leading to the bedroom were loud so if one of us woke up and did not want to wake the other closing a door or opening it would end up doing that anyhow. Other than 5that it was a great stay.

Easy walk to beach

Stayed here since my conference hotel was booked solid. So it was kinda like having a hotel suite for a great price. It’s a short walk to the beautiful beach. The condo is Nice and clean one (1) bedroom. Bathroom is spacious with a large tub/shower. It was easy to walk to and from the JW Marriott for the conference. I’d stay here again.

The appartment was loaded with all kind of beach apparel. It also has a very nice terrace viewing Collier Bvd and is really quiet. There are many restaurants nearby and some of them are walking distance. Although we had no need to to be asisted by the manager it ́s a plus to have his office located on the same building.

Mattress on the bed has to be 10 to 15 years old, Not a comfortable chair in the unit. AC did not work for the first 11 days of our rental. owner was not very responsive to repairing the AC but did have the unit replaced after 11 days. Shower could use some assist handles, shower offered only a small flow of water. Who ever cleaned the unit prior to our arrival put the wrong size sheets on the bed.
