Very good accommodation for short or long-term stays The location, surface area, ease of check-in and availability by message are real strengths. The accommodation is located close to a metro station, in a quiet area, with excellent soundproofing - an important factor, as this is not the case for all the flats. I would highly recommend this accommodation. Always provide an extra sheet, even when there are two travellers who are not necessarily a couple, so that you have a sheet for the mattress and a separate sheet and duvet. This was not a problem thanks to the heating, but is always useful for practical reasons.

Positive: El alojamiento es amplio y está muy limpio, muy completo, lavavajillas tostadora, vitro mu

: The accommodation is spacious and very clean, very complete, dishwasher, toaster, cooker, many pots and pans and cutlery. Even a basic cleaning kit. The bed is spacious and comfortable. The sofa is renewable and there were water leaks on the terrace (balcony) on the left. We coincided with a rainstorm and that was permanently wet, it is a pity and a slovenliness that is not solved.

Wonderful location and a comfy flat : Great location, very nice flat, perfect for one or two people. It’s possible to sleep 4 but the sofa in the living room didn’t look very promising for that and if open it’ll take most of the space there. Modern interior. Clean, calm and quiet at night. Air conditioning. Supermarkets within 2 min (Aldi) to 6 min by foot. Two metro stations within 6 min. My stay was at a great value, I really don’t have any important complaints. A couple of recommendations: a bit more thorough vacuuming to include under chairs, bed, tables, sofa and check the fridge if the previous guest hasn’t left anything that’s for the trash.

I requested in advance an early check-in that was never answered. Once, we got to the apartment, I requested an early check-in (again), I got an answer saying that a payment link would be sent soon to pay for the early check-in, payment link that I never received. We waited in front of the apartment a few hours until it was 3pm and we had the access available. Also, the door is really hard to open, it took me a good time to figure that I needed to push really hard to get it open. It's a very nice place, it would have been perfect if it wasn't for this little incident.
