The Space:

Step into a welcoming living room featuring a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a large Smart TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Bath. The living room flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, 4-ring gas hob and refrigerator, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. A convenient downstairs WC is also located on this floor.



On the first floor, you’ll find the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king-size bed, along with a family bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.



The second floor features a spacious king-size bedroom and an additional single bedroom with a desk, offering flexible sleeping arrangements and a dedicated space for working or studying.



With comfortable living spaces spread across three floors, the property provides plenty of room to relax, unwind and enjoy your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have a private entrance and access to the entire house during their stay.



The Neighborhood:

This property is located in a Georgian terrace in the historic village of Batheaston. Just a short walk from Bathhampton Meadow and the River Avon, and within easy reach of Bath's Roman Baths, Georgian architecture, and the wider Cotswolds countryside, it's a well-placed base whether you're here to explore the city or countryside. Free residential parking outside the home or on surrounding roads maybe a short walk away as it is first come first serve.



Getting Around:

Bus to Bath city centre: The most convenient option is the local bus which stops in Batheaston are around a 1 minute walk away, and services including 3 and 13 run towards Bath city centre. Current timetables show regular services via London Road and Batheaston.



By car: Bath city centre is approximately 8 minutes by car, depending on traffic. This is useful for guests who have their own vehicle, although parking in central Bath can be limited.



Taxi: Taxis are a convenient option for evenings, luggage or travelling as a group. Veezu is one local taxi service in Bath.



Walking: Batheaston itself is pleasant to explore on foot, with local shops, pubs and riverside areas nearby.



Cycling: Cycling can be a good way to reach Bath and explore the surrounding countryside, although some routes involve hills.



Exploring Bath: Once in the centre, many major attractions, including the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey and the historic city centre are within easy walking distance of the bus station.

We are happy for dogs to stay, there is an additional cleaning fee of £35 per dog for the duration of the stay. Please keep dogs downstairs and off soft furnishings.
