My name is Michael, and I am the owner of this unit. I traveled to the Unit immediately after this renter posted this review. There are 2 nice large gas grills next to the tennis courts. They are well maintained and may be used by any renter. The entire unit has been repainted. The bedrooms do not have wallpaper. The closet doors are on. The guest bedroom closet has a step stool, an ironing board, and it had a portable crib at the time, none of which are broken. The master bathroom sink has a small hole for overflow which has adhesive from the installation, not mold! Both bedrooms have brand new Egyptian cotton sheets. The duvet covers gets dry cleaned regularly. Again, I flew down after this review because I was so disturbed by it. I found it to be baseless. I think the renter was looking for a free week. The photos posted are from February 2011, and I hope they speak for themselves. My wife Diane and I go down 4 times a year and we spend thousands per year on the upkeep of our unit. Hello all. Please see the review of my previous sane renter who stayed weeks before this one. The condo was fully renovated in March through May 2024. I texted the renter before during and after her stay. She had only mentioned an odor to me which is not present as confirmed by my cleaning professionals. The walls, flooring, beds, bedding, refrigerator, rugs -- and toaster, are all brand new. Bed firmness or couch spring forgiveness may not be appropriate for all. The flooring is Cali LVP and is installed on Cali soundproofing directly on the cement floor of the building. The Dining room table and server are Teak. I do not expect everyone would know what Teak is, or that it supposed to be discolored, but will last 1000 years. I had a UV filtration system added to the HVAC System. The kitchen sink is being held up by Kitchen Sink Holders. Imagine that. There is a bit of rust on the stove door window frame as it is steel and the condo is on the beach, so rust can happen. I will get out the appliance paint, which anyone maintaining a 1.2 million dollar condo on a tropical island comes to rely on. The shower stalls are original because there is nothing wrong with them. All exterior doors and windows had been replaced before the storm in 2022. Everything is working. I could get curtains for the French doors that close perfectly to separate the main bedroom from the living room. New walls mean I need to add a smoke detector where the smoke detector leads are capped off at the ceiling. I’ll be down in September to take all new pictures and will put the date on them. This was a very unfortunate occurrence where Linda the renter did not receive the entry code. We don't have keys -- just a code. Renters love this because you don't have to worry about a key! It was the Saturday of memorial day weekend. Linda, this broke my heart. It never happened before and it sure won't happen again. I have confirmed the code is now in the canned reply after payment is made. Michael

Michael the owner here. For all reading this, please consider all the other 5 star reviews I have had. This is obviously an unhappy human being. The refrigerator is cleaned out by a professional cleaning service. The entire kitchen is just 3 years old. I buy brand new beach chairs every time I am down. They are kept on the Lanai and sometime get a bit of rust -- they are exposed to the salt air -- because we are ON the Gulf of Mexico. Any rentel can get new chairs at any of the shops on the Island I will reimburse them. Geez. Please read the other reviews and look at the photos if you want an accurate idea of this beautiful, modern unit. I actually like a bad review every once and awhile because it lets people know a bot is not writing them! Happy travels, Michael
