The location, size, quality, and cleanliness of the villa were perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the large rooms, functional wifi, attached garage, laundry, the lanai, gym, and pool area. The Wailea shops and beach are a 10m walk away. The entire property and neighborhood were clean and quiet for our entire visit. The only (small) problem I had was finding where to take out the garbage, but a quick call to the office resolved that, as the tech stayed on the line and talked me through it as I walked there. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family house

Amazing stay! We planned a family trip and the location and property were amazing. Easy walking distance to the beaches and the kids loved the on property pool! We’ve stayed at the Grand Wailea before across the street and this house rental was so much better!!!!

We had a terrific stay at the Ho'olei in Wailea. We rented two villas for our extended family stay and had an amazing week. The location was ideal. The villa was immaculate and well stocked. And we appreciated the vacation rental team and service during our stay. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful home in great location

This was an amazing home to stay in. It is close to a variety of beaches and restaurants, and we enjoyed being in the heart of Wailea. The home itself was clean, with comfortable beds and furniture, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation (i.e. beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, laundry)

Family Vacation

Beautiful area and beautiful house. Easy walk to beach and shops. If your looking for a safe area in Maui to stay this is the best place. House was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Spring break

We met up with our family fromAustralia and had a wonderful time here in Maui. The condo was very well maintained and well stocked which made for a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and the best location

This property is stunning. What was really fantastic, in addition to the quality of the property, is the location. We were able to walk to multiple local sites, including one of the prettiest beaches, multiple stores and outstanding restaurants. And the property is centrally located so everything that you want to do on the island is easily accomplished.

Relaxing in style!

We LOVED our time at this property! It is spacious with beautiful furnishings and decor, and the layout is conducive to family meals and movies. It is close to the beach and we loved our daily walks along the beachwalk and daily dips in the gorgeous water. It is convenient to everything! We would stay again -- this was a great springboard for a memorable family vacation.

Hoolei Villa

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The property was big enough for my family of 5 adults and 3 little kids. It was a short walk to the beach and shopping. We were very comfortable and the property manager Coldwell Banker was the best. It was easy to communicate with them. The villa was very clean.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, comfortable condo! The kitchen is well equipped and the beds and furniture were in nice condition and very comfortable. One improvement would be to add a dresser or shelves unit to the second floor bedroom closet so that clothes can be unpacked more easily. The pool and the beach across the street are an easy walk from the unit, and chairs and umbrellas and nice beach towels were provided. We hope to be back one day!

Stunning Property

Maui is our favourite destination and we have been several times over the last twenty years. The property is the nicest I have stayed at in Wailea. It was absolutely stunning and had an abundance of space for our family -both to have our own space as well as to hang out together on the lanai or in the main living area. . We particularly enjoyed the location as it is closed to the wailea walking path. As well, our adult children liked the pool and spent lots of time enjoying it. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again. So blessed!!

The entire experience far exceeded our expectations. Not only was our place one of the nicest places on Maui - great location, absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed, wonderful pool - the staff at CB was incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a great attitude. They checked in a number of times to see how things were going. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay a or better experience with the rental agency.

Enjoyable stay

This townhome is a real gem. The floor plan is open and the rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well appointed. The beds were comfortable. The showers were good with fast supply of hot water. The grill was clean and functional. Everything was in good condition. There is an elevator which was an asset. The townhome is located within one block of the pool and gym and 4-5 blocks from Wailea beach. A small grocery store is across the street and Kihei, which has more stores and restaurants, is a short 10 minute drive. The garage is a one-car stall but a second stall is available about 25 yards away. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided: The owners provided beach chairs and sun-brellas. CB vacation rentals provided beach towels. While there is not an ocean view, the lanai is nicely surrounded by small trees and plantings. One previous review commented on white noise from the main street, which is correct, but bird songs can also be heard and we did not find the white noise to be a problem. Our group ranged in ages from 2 to 80 so the garden view location near the resort entrance was ideal from an accessibility standpoint. If you have small children, my only caution is that the stairs are marble tile and too wide for a child-gate, so parents would need to keep watch on little ones near the stairs. The CB staff were friendly, professional and accessible. We would like to come stay again!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with this incredible villa and excited for our stay! The accommodations are spectacular, beautiful, and immaculate! The large chef's kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and enough supplies to get us through our vacation! The primary bedroom is a lovely sanctuary with its own private outdoor area. All of the bedrooms have comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. The lanai and outdoor kitchen were great places for family meals and relaxation. We have stayed in other luxury Vrbo properties, but no others met the attention to detail that Ho'olei 24-1 has. Allison and Dan at CB Island Vacations were professional, gracious, thoughtful, and outstanding! They were quick to answer any questions, and they made sure that our vacation was a fantastic experience!We truly appreciated the thoughtful and generous welcome food gift and the complete organic spice set that was available for our use. Even supplying laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dish and hand soap, and large shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps in each of the bathrooms was much more than most properties provide.Our family of six, including three teenagers, loved this home! The location is amazing! The villa is a 2-minute walk to the beautiful pool and gym and a few more minutes to the beautiful beach and Grand Wailea across the street.We have fabulous family memories of an outstanding stay at Ho'olei 24-1! Mahalo!

Beach chairs and umbrellas were for 6-8 people which was great. Community pool and spas were great even though we didn't spend to much time there. Unit was also cooled and the ac units were great. Small but yard had beautiful plants and palms everywhere. Only thing I wish they would change is to have every door in the unit able to lock. No lock on any doors except the powder room and garage.

Gorgeous, relaxing Villa

This property was gorgeous and well maintained. Everything that you could need for a relaxing trip to Wailea was provided. The beach chairs and umbrellas were very nice to have for the grandparents.
