Great Family Resort

The condo was exactly as pictured, and the resort was even better than expected! There’s sooo much to do on this property for adults and children alike, we will definitely be back.

CUTE PLACE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very clean and cozy. Beds were comfortable. AC worked great. Good WiFi. Nice TV in each room. I don't remember if it was advertised as a ocean view, but I would not consider it one. It looks over campground next door and if you stand all the way at end of balcony and looked over, you can see ocean. This unit is not too close to elevator or laundry area. Only small complaint was shower pressure was not good. Bldg grounds are nice, but the stairwells were hotter than hot. they need some air circulation put in there. It was Great that pools were open until 11pm! All being said, I would rent this condo again. Remember the closer to the ocean, the more you pay. Rate was reasonable.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very dated. It needs a new couch with a bed that doesn't slope head down, it was not a place for anyone to sleep. The second bedroom had a lamp with a cracked shade & drawn on. The master shower felt like you were going to fall through it and had NO water pressure, especially if someone else turned on water. The kitchen faucet was only half attached to the sink. The deck sliders only locked on one side & had no lights on the deck. The seam across the middle of the floor was a trip hazard, particularly for the 70 year old grandmother. We would not rent this unit again. The complex itself is crowded and loud, with an extremely large amount of smokers.

Not what expected

The unit overall is very dated. The furniture needs to be replaced. You sink down in the couch when you sit. The fold out bed slopes, so you must sleep on it backwards. It was difficult to have anyone sleep on it and they get any rest. The seam in the middle of the unit floor is a trip hazard. The kitchen needs more supplies for cooking, along with the faucet needs to be secured to the sink. The bedrooms need refreshing also. The guest room/secondary bedroom was dark & the lamp shade was cracked & drawn on. The water pressure in the unit was not substantial by any means. You could not run water anywhere in the unit if someone was in the shower. The master bathroom tub/shower flexes under foot and truly feels as if it will give way. Both lights on the balcony were out. The complex itself is very crowded, as are the pools. If given the opportunity, we would not stay again.

Reviewer Comments: When we arrived there were still some crumbs on the floor under the couch but thankfully there was a broom available for us to use to sweep things up. First night there we had cockroaches notified Justin, no one came out to care for the situation but we had no further sightings after that. Great location, close to the beach and pools were a bonus with the baby. Would definitely come again with hopes we don’t see any bugs in the future.

A safe place to stay for a great vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A gated area with security. Nice to know when trying to have a safe place to stay. All rooms and bathrooms were very clean with all the needs to get started for a great vacation. Nice selection of tv services provided. Everything that was stated was provided for our needs. Our rooms were quiet with little noise from around us. Pools were always clean. We enjoyed places to eat such as omega pancake house and the Hwy 55. I was well informed of the rules so I had no surprise of not knowing them. Justin was there to help out and answer any questions that I had and directed me to where and all I needed to go for assistance. I do look forward to looking him up again when we do our next rental vacation at Myrtle Beach Resorts, a great place to stay for a safe wonderful vacation. Had bad experiences in other places but staying here was definitely a game changer for us. A big thank you Justin for providing a great place to stay! I would recommend staying here to anyone for a vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was good . The room was very clean , all the different pools were a plus with small kids . The place was in a good location as far as a very short walk to the beach , also didn’t take long to get to things to do at night . The extra offers , like the little playground and the grills on site were a big plus . Only downsides : our car tray got hit while parked in the parking lot ( no major damage just a busted light ) but there are cameras everywhere BUT the parking lot . And the people below us smoked weed all day it seemed , there was almost constant smell of it , sometimes so bad my kids couldn’t be out on the balcony . Not the establishments fault , just something to note . Overall I would definitely stay here again .

I would definitely rent this condo again .it was perfect for my family size of 5.and my hat goes off to the owners for trying to keep it updated .alot of them dont.it was clean and set up for arrival. Thank you again .

Wife and grown daughter get away

Pictures were pretty accurate of rooms in codo we did a 2 bedroom. Building was long and we where on far end from ocean so it took us about 8 minutes each way to and from beach.

NOT 'Fantastic' Condo!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was basically clean...but the carpets were stained and dirty, the dining room chairs stained and needed towels over them to sit, the stove drip pans absolutely disgusting and rusty. Bathrooms very clean, hardwood floors very clean, and the bed was good. Hallway carpet and elevator..old and stained. We enjoyed being at MB but would not rent at this location again.

Everything I needed

The property was as pictured. Had all appliances needed for cooking and to relax. The bedroom windows faced the inside hallway so NO natural light at all. Location was close to everything I needed. Couldn't see the beach however could hear the ocean waves. Property/balcony on back side of building so again no direct sun but an awesome breeze was the exchange.

Not very convenient

My husband and I, along with our three young kids, stayed for a week at this property. The pools were fun, but very crowded. There are signs saying they can close without warning, which happened more than once and was frustrating. Lots of smoking and litter by the pools. The beach was nice, but the whole ocean front in front of the building is filled with rentable and reserved chairs, so you have to walk a bit to find an open spot if you don’t want those. The building and grounds themselves were quite dirty with lots of litter. The unit is quite far back and you have to walk through the parking lot or the long main hall to get there. The building is huge and noisy at night. Inside, the condo was fine, though not very clean. It appears as though deep cleaning has not happened in a while and routine cleaning just touches the surface. The kitchen had no food storage available in any cupboards and, again, cupboards and drawers were quite dirty. One was broken. Tv selection was good and it was fun to see the campground next store from the balcony. Overall, it was not very clean or convenient and we would not stay again.
