Amazing home and the perfect place for a getaway!
We just returned from our second stay at Villa Sirena with a group of couples. And, it is just as beautiful and amazing as we had remembered. The house is the ideal set-up for friends to be together but also have some space and privacy. The amenities are beyond wonderful and so is the service -- from booking the trip to the help and hospitality of the on-site staff members -- SUPERB! I really cannot say enough about this incredible villa and our unforgettable experience here, except that we are sad it is over but will cherish the memories we made... and, of course, very much look forward to our return.

Villa Sirena - Vacation Perfection!
Our recent trip to Villa Sirena in Punta Mita was absolutely amazing. We were a group of 8 girlfriends looking to celebrate a friend's special birthday with fun in the sun and lots of relaxation by the pool. The Four Seasons is sure to impress so our expectations were set pretty high from the start but the stay at the villa truly exceeded our expectations. From the design of the villa to the beautiful decor to the views that take your breath away - it was all extraordinary. We had personal staff assisting us with things such as cooking and grocery shopping (this is highly recommended!) - the meals were delicious and they were so helpful with any questions or assistance we needed. The villa also has access to the main Four Seasons resort which was also fabulous. We could choose to stay at the villa and enjoy the quite & private pool there or spend time at the main property where you were ocean side, had access to restaurants, spa services and more. We left feeling pampered and relaxed....a trip to remember for sure! I would highly recommend this place for girlfriends, families or couples. It won't disappoint!

Thank you so much for the incredible stay at the Villa Sirena! Upon our arrival at the Villa, as we stepped into the lovely courtyard, we could immediately see a gorgeous and expansive view of the ocean as the sun was just beginning to set. Everything was just as expected and we felt at home immediately. Each morning we were treated to a lovely breakfast by your staff member, who was such a delight! We enjoyed the use of the hot tub and swimming pool every day, and made sure to venture down to the Four Seasons Hotel often to work out at their gym and even treated ourselves to a relaxing massage at their spa. The beach connected to The Four Seasons was wonderful and our family spent several lazy afternoons doing nothing but lounging in the sun, playing in the surf and enjoying ceviche, chips and guacamole and a margarita or two! Dinners were spent at The Four Seasons and the surrounding restaurants, all such incredible meals of fresh seafood! Our entire family loved our stay at the Villa Sirena in Punta Mita and want to come back again as soon as possible! Thank you again!

Villa Sirena
Wow, just wow!! Just returned from a lovely 10 day vacation at Villa Serena. Two families with (6) children ranging in ages from 7-19. I loved how the Villa allowed each person the ability to enjoy some privacy if desired and opportunity to gather as a group with plenty of room to spare. The décor and cleanliness were second to none as it felt like we were the first and only group to have ever enjoyed the Villa. The staff made sure that our needs were taken care of each and every day while maintaining low visibility so as not to impede on our privacy. The staff allowed us to immerse in their local culture of food preparation even teaching the younger children how to make and cook homemade tortillas. The Villa offered all of the modern day amenities to the tranquil and quietness to escape from the daily grind we so desired. The Four Seasons does an excellent job keeping the property safe and clean to the point that we would allow our young children to walk by themselves to attend daily activities. Plenty of places to walk/run without ever having to leave the Four Seasons. Although, we did enjoy the fact that just outside the gate was the opportunity within walking distance to enjoy the culture and people of Mexico!! We hope to return some day soon, but for now we will hold in our memory the wonderful time our families enjoyed together in the most beautiful Villa Sirena. Viva Mexico!!

Fabulous Vacation Villa
This last summer, I enjoyed a relaxing 10 days at this beautiful villa with family and friends! I absolutely love the location and privacy of this villa. It has an amazing ocean view which you can stare at for hours in the infinity pool or the hot tub! The rooms in the Villa Sirena are very high quality and extremely comfortable to sleep in! One thing I really thought was extraordinary was how each room had something different and special then the other rooms! The employees who worked there were very nice and always trying to make your stay better. The Villa is in walking distance from the Four Seasons Resort which was definitely a great part about the location. The property itself is stunning and well kept! The large kitchen and living room allowed me and my family to spend quality time together. The separation between rooms is great for stays with a lot of guests because it allows for guests to have their own space. This trip was a trip of a lifetime! I really enjoyed my second stay at the Villa Sirena and I hope to go back there again!

Summer Family Vacation
This was our first visit to Villa Sirena and will not be our last. We were traveling with our two teenage daughters and our nephews. The house and property is beautiful, tastefully decorated and conveniently located to all the resorts activities. The layout of the house allows for togetherness, but also privacy (wonderful when traveling with older teens/20 somethings who may want to stay up later than us!). The views are spectacular. Each evening was a treat to watch beautiful sunsets or spectacular lightning shows from the covered veranda. Personal staff is provided and were exceptional in arranging activities, daily meals of our choice (delicious) and cleanliness of villa. They were superb in doing all of this in a manner as to still give us our privacy. We had access to all the amenities of the Four Seasons Resort which was top notch. The beaches and pools are beautiful. This was a wonderful trip. The kids said "best trip ever" and we are all looking forward to our next visit.

My Family Loves Staying at Villa Sirena!
This was our second year back to this villa and we could not have had a more enjoyable, relaxing, and beautiful vacation. The week we stayed was filled with lots of fun, great food, relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking ocean view you can see right from the villa. The villa provided us with a personal staff member, Carolina. She was so wonderful! She cooked us amazing meals and she was extremely friendly and gracious. The amenities that the Four Seasons provide are so close to the villa it is only a quick golf cart ride away. Make sure to check out the lazy river, this was definitely a favorite for my family and I. On the nights we decided to dine-in the room service was amazing, I highly recommend trying the shrimp burrito! From the beautiful views the villa provides, the amazing infinity pool and hot tub, and the spacious, stunningly decorated villa rooms, my family and I can say that our stay at Villa Sirena was simply breath taking. Amazing Stay. Terrific Honeymoon!
My husband and I stayed at Villa Sirena for our honeymoon—and it was the best decision we have ever made! The villa is breathtaking. The property is perfect for either a couple, a family or even a few friends wanting a tropical oasis. The villa is impeccably maintained by the staff of the Four Seasons and housekeeper, Carolina. The whole villa is decorated beautifully. Everything you could possibly need during your stay is located on premises, which makes it’s an ideal getaway spot. They even have Apple TV in each of the bedrooms and wifi is provided throughout the villa, so you can stay connected. We quickly started a ritual of doing the crossword puzzle contained in the newspaper brief which was delivered to us daily while eating breakfast outside overlooking the ocean. Perfection!
The infinity pool looks out to the ocean and provides unspoiled sunset views. We spent the majority of our time lounging by the infinity pool because it was quiet and relaxing. When we wanted a little more human contact we would venture down to the Four Seasons. We also spent a few hours in Sayulita, which is about 45 minute drive from the Four Seasons. As other reviewers mentioned Si Senor is a great place to grab a bite to eat right outside of the Four Seasons property in Punta de Mita. They have delicious margaritas and the freshest seafood I've ever tasted.
Carolina took great care of us during our stay. We coordinated to have the refrigerator stocked prior to our arrival, allowing us to drop right into vacation mode. Carolina greeted us with fresh salsa and guacamole when we entered the villa. It was such a treat. She also assisted us with cooking meals throughout the week. She is an amazing cook and frankly one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
If we ever get the chance to stay here again, we would in a heartbeat! This place is absolute heaven and there is something special about it you just have to experience!

Perfection!
My husband and I stayed at the villa for our honeymoon in September and everything was absolutely perfect! Villa Sirena is gorgeous, luxurious and impeccably maintained, there is not a single detail that has been overlooked. At Villa Sirena, you are able to be as active or secluded as you desire. The villa provided us with the comforts of home with the Four Seasons amenities just a short walk away. We spent most of our days in the infinity pool taking in the panoramic views of the ocean and our evenings trying to capture every moment of the beautiful sunsets. The few times we left the villa, we ventured into the surf town of Sayulita for a day of browsing galleries and dinner on the water at Pedro's. Si Senor is a 5 minute taxi ride and served up fresh lobster to our table on the beach. The staff at the villa is meticulous and so friendly that we felt like family by the time that we left. The property manager went out his way to ensure our absolute comfort and complete satisfaction before, during and after our stay. Staying at Villa Sirena is a dream and words can't express our love for this place. Thank you for sharing it!

Villa Sirena is an incred...
Villa Sirena is an incredible place to stay. The accommodations are first class and the views are breathtaking. Each day I stayed there I imagined staying one day longer. I could not have asked for a more relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The staff was incredible and the amenities at the Four Seasons was just as superb. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a top notch getaway even for three to four days or a month!

Our family adores Villa S...
Our family adores Villa Sirena and Punta Mita! This
trip was so fabulous and staying at the Villa Sirena
is the reason why. The staff was so gracious and
made us feel so cared for and special. The Villa is
spacious and elegant, yet extremely comfortable for
a family. The private bedroom suites allowed each
family member privacy, and the large lounging
areas brought us all together for gatherings. We
swam in the pool daily and the views of the ocean
are spectacular! The greenery and lushness of the
grounds made us feel like we were in our own
"space", yet everything we wanted to do was so
close. The ammenities available at the Four
Seasons Resort were just steps away and we often
dined at the fabulous restaurants. We made sure to
utilize the spa services as well as the fitness center.
The beach was spectacular and we spent lots of
time swimming, building sand castles and
exploring. Our family truly loved our stay at the
Villa Sirena and we plan to be back very soon.
Thank you for making our stay in Punta Mita so
