Clean condo, well stocked, and views as amazing as the pictures show! It is windy being that high up but the beautiful view is worth it. You also must remember elevator rides are a little longer when this high up, but again, worth it. Very nice area, close to stores and things to do! Excellent communication with the host!

Hello Laura, Thank you so much for the wonderful 10/10 review! We are thrilled to hear that the condo was exactly what you were looking for and that the views from the 33rd floor were just as amazing in person as they are in the photos. We appreciate you mentioning the elevators and the breeze; being that high up definitely has its unique characteristics, and we agree that the panorama is worth every second of the ride! It is also great to know you found the location convenient for your shopping and local activities. It was a true pleasure hosting you, and we look forward to welcoming you back for another fantastic stay in the future!

The view is as incredible as the condo!

We rented this property for a ladies weekend and it was perfect! The view is incredible and the condo and furnishings were so nice and very clean. Laure the property manager is so incredibly helpful and friendly. She was very knowledgable in answering our questions about the area and made some fantastic restaurant suggestions. She made herself available to us during our stay if we needed anything. This was an overall great experience. I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful condo

Actual condo is better than the listing. We enjoyed the balcony each night and during the day you can see schools of fish and even a few sting rays from the 33rd floor. The condo was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, blender, and coffee maker. The host is very responsive. 5 stars for sure!!

great location in Hollywood beach

fantastic apartmentfantastic apartment. Great service from our host. Next time we will look for a better date. The weekend of July 4 was impossible because of the large number of people in the building. Beach service was not as agreed due to problems with building management. We will definitely return on a better date.

Amazing views

Overall a great experience, only problem was the check in experience which is not the owners fault. We checked in late and expected the resturant to be open because the website said open till 11:00pm. We checked in at 10:05pm and found out no resturant open and no room service. Besides that everything was great.

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment itself was amazing. Plenty of room with an unbelievable view and wrap around outdoor patio. As others noted, the main issue is the elevator (yes, 1 elevator) getting to the apartment. If you visit at a peak time like we did, you can spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator. The check-in process was also a bit chaotic since they didn’t have my reservation in the system which created confusion. Others had a similar experience. However, the apartment itself more than made up for the small challenges.

Premium location without a premium experience

The actual bones of the condo are nice, the location is good and the condo is as advertised. However the property does not offer the bare essentials you would expect for a premium Vrbo listing. The AC did not work upon check in and no effort was made to immediately fix it. Also the front desk was not helpful nor was the property manager on providing an experience that would consistent with the premium price listing.

Extremely frustrating. Won’t stay with VRBO again. Too much good accurate competition out there. Yo

The facility that we stayed in was supposed to have a working washer and dryer, but it did not work. When we contacted the host, we were told that a repairman would come in and fix it. The repair man came put some nonsensical part in it and the washer and dryer still didn’t work. Then we complained again to the host and he told us that it would be fixed on Thursday of a particular week. That’s kind of coincidental because we left on Wednesday. If you’re going to say that you have certain pieces of equipment in the facility have it there or have the owner replace it Because of this, I would never reschedule with VRBO in that area. If you would like more information please feel free to call me. 574-286-3515.
