På udkig efter en ferie med masser af plads og masser af aktiviteter til alle i dit parti. Condo er stranden foran enhed beliggende i Crescent Shores og er 4 soveværelser 3 badeværelser og fuldt udstyret med alt hvad du har brug for og derefter nogle!

North Myrtle Beach-området er perfekt til familier / storfamilier. Alle hjemmets bekvemmeligheder er her, hvert værelse har et TV / VCR / DVD. Og når vi taler om værelser er de alle store med masser af plads til at sprede sig ud. Ingen trange kvarterer her! Alle værelser har topmadrasser.

Balkonen er 27 meter lang og kan let rumme seks til otte personer til spisning (nye gårdhave sæt) med udsigt over en smuk strand. Alle køkkener og badeværelser har bordplader af granit. Master badeværelset Crescent Shores er et boblebad og der er et fristående brusebad. Master soveværelse åbner ud mod balkonen. Alle værelser har skabe og er indrettet til at håndtere store familier. Alle møbler er top på linjen og klassiske; ingen strandbilleder her.

Smuk udsigt over stranden og havet. Du kan se mange miles, selv fra de andre soveværelser. Ingen følelse af at du er i en hule her. Masser af lys og udsigt over dagen og natten.

Ved siden af Crescent Shores er Molly Darcy en fantastisk bar / restaurant, så du ikke behøver at gå langt for en drink og en hurtig bid. Dette strandområde bruges til at starte parasailing og bananbådture. Priserne kan omsættes med dem, prøv det! Der er mindst en minigolfplacering inden for gåafstand. Vi ved, hvordan det er at fodre en hær og prøve at gøre det på et budget. Der er en Super Walmart i nærheden. Lidt længere væk i South Myrtle Beach ligger en Costco og Sams Club. Vores køleskab i fuld størrelse kommer godt med.

Hvis du foretrækker at spise ude, går valgene videre. Fra Barefoot Landing til de mange individuelle restauranter har du hundreder af valgmuligheder for hver palet. Der er masser af shopping inden for få minutter. Et nyrenoveret tolv-plex teater inden for 10 minutters kørsel på Colonial Mall.

This was our annual vacation we take our kids in every year. We live north Myrtle Beach!! The unit was nice and large, it was well stocked for the most part. Nothing to start with as far as pods for dishwasher or dish towels, no paper towels and no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms. The bath tubs and shower needed a little more cleaning, there was mold on the shower head and on the drain plug. The couches are worn and needed to be vacuumed. They seem dirty. The unit location was awesome, the size was perfect for our family. The location was good and the outside of the condos were lovely and clean. I think for the cost it could have been cleaner, the flowers on the table were wilted and had no water. Overall it was a good week, just needed some cleaning TLC!

Our local manager, Grand Strand Resorts (GSR), typically provides these items during regular check-in hours. Since your arrival was after hours, the check-in packet should have mentioned that you could pick up your greeting bag at the office. Crescent Shores was a wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Crescent Shores in North Myrtle Beach. The weather was beautiful. Our four bedroom unit was very spacious with lots of room to enjoy each others company and find space to be alone. It was easy to visit other sites in and around NMB. We spent the day in Georgetown and watch the filming of "The Cape" which was very exciting and took a trolley around the town. We look forward to our return...perhaps next year.

Looking forward to having you as our guests again. We just returned ourselves from doing our annual check up and deep cleaning of each of our condos. Replacing pillows, moving appliances, putting in new pots/pans, replacing glasses, putting in new lightbulbs, cleaning off the balconys and making sure everything works so that we well be ready for next year.

Great location

The condo was large and in great shape. Check in was extremely quick. The only issue we had was the lack of linens. There were not any hand towels in the bathrooms or dish towels in the kitchen. We have rented a lot of condos in Myrtle Beach and always had hand towels/dish towels. We purchased them and had a wonderful vacation!

Above And beyond

Didn't realize we would be on 15th floor and a corner unit. The view was spectacular. The unit was spacious and superbly equipped. The elevators were quick and with minimal waiting. The pools were well maintained. Our party was 5 adults and three active children. We had a wonderful week, and we would love to do it again next year.

Loved your condo...beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Location was wonderful...close to Myrtle Beach activities but also close to Calabash, North Carolina where we experienced a dolphin cruise on Super Voyager II. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend it (unless your stomach doesn't care for riding the waves of the ocean). We had a blast!! Thanks again for the use of your condo! Would love to go back again sometime!

We just got back from a week's stay at Crescent Shores 1512. It was very nice and the reasonably priced! The view was excellent. The condo was well-maintained, and very nicely decorated. Plenty of space for two families of 5. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the lazy river, and we enjoyed the beach every day! Thanks Damian for your help in renting the condo and for responding to my emails quickly. You have been a joy to work with! Thanks again! Maybe we will be back next year!

Ashworth- a great end unit on the 9th floor.

This is our second year staying in this unit.The unit is well maintained with a fully stocked kitchen and a large dinning room table that sits eight people comfortably.There is a flat screen tv in the living room and all four bedrooms.The beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent. It is walking distance to Walmart and lots of restaurants nearby. I would recomment the unit to anyone, The owner, Damian is great to deal with.We will be back.

Beautiful Beach Front Vacation

We have rented in Crescent Shores previously but Damian's 10th floor unit was a much better experience. Damian was easy to work with. He is a great communicator keeping us updated during a serious weather event. The home is spacious and furnishings were comfortable, including the beds. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of decent trays to use in the oven. The grounds and pool are well kept and the beach area is first rate at this location. We would definitely recommend renting either of Damian's beach condos.

Paula, We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. We are relieved that the hurricane Irma did not cause the issues in our area that it did for other areas and our thoughts and prayers go out to those that did suffer. The Myrtle Beach area is lucky and due to its geographic locations is often spared the worst of the storms that come up the east coast. It is good to hear the beds are comfortable, we replaced the original "hotel" mattresses and decided that it was better to put nice pillow tops, the type you would find in your home.. They are continually working on and improving the property with most recent upgrades and improvements being complete by the spring of 2018 where the entire exterior of the building is being replaced. I am sorry about the oven pans. It is hard to keep up with those especially when something is burned on them. Thanks for letting us know and we will look to replace them on our next visit to inspect our condos. We hope to see you and your family in the future. All the Best, Damian

Fantastic Oceanfront Condo

This has been the second year that we have rented from Damian Ameen. WOW! This place has been great. Damian is pleasant, honest, quick to respond to emails and calls, and concerned about our stay being the best it can be. His description of the condo is everything he said and then some. Clean, well equipped, nicely decorated, current upgrades and the best hot tub ever, plus several pools just begin to describe this place. The location is close to many tourist attractions, a large variety of dining choices, outlet malls and flea markets. If this place is available when you need it, there is no need to look any further. It has been wonderful and a real treat to stay in such a nice place!

Beautifull property

Check in was easy. Getting our front door opened was not. once we got used to it was a breeze. Property was well maintained and clean. Our refrigerator shelves were broken upon arrival, however when I called a work order was put in immediately. The furniture was all up to date. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans to use during our stay. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property. The location was great as well, it was close to everything, and not a lot of heavy traffic.

Penny, I am happy you enjoyed your stay with us. I am sorry that some of the refrigerator door shelves were broken. As soon as we hear about something we like to fix it and it looks like it was taken care of immediately. Grand Strand Resorts is on top of taking care of our guests. It is hard to catch something unless someone lets us know, especially during the summer months. Yes the front door can be a challenge. They are designed to be heavy, secure, handle the ocean elements and self closing. We did install special stops to make it easy to hold them open especially if the sliders are open as well!. We are glad you found the beds comfortable. When we first started someone told use hotel beds...that was bad advice and we changed over to comfortable pillow top beds. How can you have a good vacation if you can not get a good nights rest ….or a nap after being out on the beach. My wife likes to make sure there are plenty of items in the kitchen for any guest. We do love the view and it is why we bought there. Sometimes we spend much of our time on the Balcony enjoying the view and being outside....much shorter walk to get a drink as well. Lacked basics on arrival

Arrived after a 6 hour drive, assumed we would shop for groceries after we brought in suitcases and got kids settled. No toilet paper in any bathroom. No paper towels, overall furniture, beds, etc were as expected, but several areas were not cleaned well. Water bottle under dresser, tissues under bed, piles of sand on deck from kids playing. We enjoyed beach, pools and family time once we got settled with basics and food.

Great family vacation in Crescent Shores 1006!

We loved staying here! The view off of the balcony is amazing! The condo is in great condition. It's nicely decorated. We used the washer and dryer daily in the unit daily. There were long lines for the elevators during check in and check out, but not more than 20 minutes to get our cart of stuff upstairs. The parking garage is across the street. I'm not sure I realized that before we went, but it was fine. The beach was not too crowded. The pools, lazy river and hot tub were in good shape and never that crowded. We saw dolphins from the balcony almost every day. The hallway storage closet full of beach gear was a nice bonus and it was also nice to have a place for sandy toys so they didn't have to come in the unit with us. We really enjoyed staying here!

Dear Katie, Thank you for all the feedback and the great review. It is greatly appreciated. Checkin and Check outs are the most crowded times but once it passes everything settles down. There is limited parking under the building, which is mostly for handicapped. Having the six story garage across the street allows for much more parking and you never have to worry about finding spot. I like it because I can always find a space with out cars on either side of me or trying to squeeze in to a tight space with my truck or van. We love watching the dolphins swim by. A sight that always feels good to see. We see the occasional wedding on the beach as well. I am happy to hear there were plenty of items in the closet. I never know once the season starts what will be in there. It is good to be able to leave the sandy items outside the condo....the sand makes it so hard to keep things in great shape. We hope to see you again the next time you decide to make North Myrtle Beach your vacation place. Damian

Condo 1512

The condo was nice and the view was great. The end of the building was nice for better views and parking was sufficient. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo though. There was a half-eaten Oreo sticking out from under the couch, not even hidden from view. Dog food was found behind lamp stand in one bedroom. Cleaners need to be more careful in really cleaning the condo thoroughly. FYI: 1) Button on sink faucet does not switch back and forth. 2) I also called on Sunday for ice maker repair and was told it would be Monday before anyone could come, but no one came all week. 3) One of the 4 keys to the condo was broken when we took it out of envelope so it could not be used. Despite, these items, we did have an enjoyable time. s

Sandy, Thank you for your feed back. We like the end units since every bedroom and room gets a window. The view off the large balcony is great any time of day and for watching stars over the ocean at night. My apologies on the cleaning. We did pass it along to our management company who does our cleaning. They did look at the faucet and were able to get it to work but we will keep our eyes on it. I contacted the management company on the ice maker and they said that the repair was done on the ice maker early that week not sure if they missed you or it was later that they repaired it. Not sure why they would have given you a broken key. I passed that along as well to the management company to make sure all keys are functioning and to include the key to the outdoor closet. At anytime our guests can call Grand Strand Resorts to fix these issues. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and our apologies for the issues that occurred during your stay.

Great location

We had a wonderful family vacation at this property! Damian was easy to work with and answered all questions we had prior to our stay. Condo was very spacious with beautiful views! The corner unit was perfect! The building had a wonderful pool and lazy River as well! Our boys visited the workout room too. There is a bar/restaurant next door, and a souvenir shop across street within walking distance. Parking garage was tight but so close to condo. Checkin was smooth (at a nearby location), and unloading went well for us. You can park temporarily under building and carts were abundant. There were several elevators so slight wait, but staff on hand to help guide. Small details of Things we wish we knew ahead: Not provided were bathroom/kitchen towels, potholders, or TP (other rentals in past we’ve had those were provided). There are some pans stored in the oven drawer (didn’t think to look there when needed). The storage closet for unit is in hallway and had sand toys as well as boogie boards (may change weekly depending what others leave/take). It was a wonderful vacation- loved the condo- the view- the facility/ and location!!! We had family pics taken just out front by a local photographer and they are perfect! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks again Damian!!!

Beach front affordability with year round rentals. It is within driving distance of many major metropolitan areas. We are always improving or adding to our condos. It is close to everything and large to accommodate everyone with their own space.

We keep our condos in the best of shape replacing furniture, beds and electronics on a continuing basis. We also repaint and perform deep cleanings at least once/twice a year. this means you get updated and fresh accommodations.
