Excellent place to stay!

Property was excellent! It was clean, nice and close to everything that you would need. The owner/host was quick to answer any questions and great to work with. I would highly recommend staying here to family and friends and we will most definitely come back again.

Snowbird getaway!

Enjoyed our stay, unit was clean and as described. Only reason for 4 rating on cleanliness was due to construction dust from installation of patio doors/windows. Great proximity and easy access to the beach. Conveniently located across the street from Winn Dixie. Disappointed that the hot tub jets were not working and heard that has been the case for three years??? . All in all, we would definitely recommend and will be back. .

Great Beach getaway

Nice clean unit right on the beach. Check in was very easy. Loved the location. It was a short drive to Pier Park but far enough away that your not in the craziness. Grocery store is right across the street and very convenient.

Summer Family Vaca 2023

This was a wonderful property to stay at with family. We had wonderful time. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, pool, and hot tub. Great location as well. 10/10 would recommend.

New Favorite Vaca Spot

The condo is beautiful and very clean. The view of the ocean was the best part. Not crowded beaches at all. It was just perfect for my family of 4. Keep an eye out for sea turtles. One laid eggs while we were there and o e swam within feet from me on our last day! Best ending of a vacation ever!

Picture perfect!!

The condo was great. Clean, well decorated and well layed out for 5 people. Owner was attentive to all needs and very nice. Wonderful balcony with direct view of ocean. Access to the shopping was good.

Family Vacation

Amazing week. This condo is so cute, so clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful views and so many special memories made! Owners are amazing and check in was a breeze! We will most definitely be back!!!

Top notch condo

My family and I usually stay in Perdido Key a few times a year, we wanted to meet some friends for a last minute get away in Panama city, I was hesitant because its always so crowded and im not familiar eith the condos. This condo was the perfect slice of paradise. Clean, comfy, accommodating , perfect view and the beach at this condo was not crowded.

Excellent beachfront condo

This is our 4th year at this complex and 2nd with this owner. She is great to work with. Easily reachable and very hospitable. Very clean condo with everything we need. Beautifully updated bathrooms. Highly recommend staying here. Can't wait to come back next year!!

4th of July on the beach

Thoroughly enjoyed this beach front unit. Condo was nicely updated with great views. Great PCB location with less crowds on the beach at the resort. We appreciated that beach chair rental was included. Our host was very easy to work with through booking, check in/out, and quickly responding to any questions we had. We would return to this condo in the future.

Lovely spot on the beach

We loved this condo with gorgeous views! That porch is awesome!! The finishes Inside are lovely and our stay was perfect! We didn’t get a chance to use the beach chairs but they are included. And since this property is smaller, the beach is not nearly as crowded. The hostess was delightful and communicated with us wonderfully. Thank you!!!

Great place for families

I loved the convenience of this property to food places and shopping! I also like that the complex is a smaller one so less crowding. The condo itself was nicely furnished with plenty of seating! Beds were comfortable as well! Plus the added benefit of beach chairs means you don't have to carry them back and forth to the beach. The owners are extremely accommodating! We had to leave unexpectedly due to a hurricane (mandatory evacuation) and the owners were nice enough to reimburse us for our time lost.

Annual Fall break getaway

When my daughter became a Special Education teacher three years ago we began a tradition of a mother/daughter trip to PCB during Fall break. We have stayed at Aquavista Condos every year in different units. This unit was very clean and nicely updated (kitchen is being updated after we leave). We hope to stay in this unit again next year. Owner is great to work with and very responsive. Only negative, which may not be to some, is drapes are needed in bedrooms. Outside lights are right outside windows so bedrooms are a bit bright for sleeping.

Nicer than pics!

Condo nicer than pics online. Location is Great, right across from Winn Dixie and close to everything! The view from the balcony is Perfect. Sladjana was perfect host, wonderful communication. Condo was equipped with everything we needed, and the A/C was ice cold!! 🙌 Pool was perfect!! The only issue was pool loungers, every mom saved them for their young kids with towels and such. Most saved ones went unused for hours at a time. We stayed busy so that didn’t bother us, but if that’s your jam, get up early and save your own! Plus it was busy Spring Break time. Private beach was our jam and was only steps away. Definitely would stay here again without question. Book this little gem with confidence.

Memorial Weekend Trip

Check-in was easy… accommodations were beautiful. Loved that our stay included beach chairs and a closet of sand/beach toys. Beach was not incredibly busy so we had room to breathe and relax.Thank you!

Vacay

We had a wonderful time on our family vacation. The condo was perfect for us. Sladjana was so helpful and willing to help with any questions I had. We are so grateful for finding this condo on VRBO and hope to get to visit again!

Awesome rental

Aquavista is hands down the best place to stay. I’m the middle of everything. Grocery store across the street. Beach is t packed like the high rise condos. I stay here every year on vacation

Beautiful Escape

This condo and property is wonderful for a family. Heated pool and plenty of space. Very nice renovations. Owner was exceptional to deal with. Very quiet beach and walking distance to shops and food.

Beautiful sunsets; less crowded beach

This property was a great place to stay in Panama City Beach. The view from the balcony was awesome. It was a panoramic view of beach, plus a "front row" seat of the sunset. The beach area was not crowded, plus we got our own beach chairs and umbrella included. Sladjana, the owner, was so quick to respond to all my correspondence, plus it was a pleasure corresponding with her easy going manner. Will definitely try to stay here again when we make it back to Panama City.
