Honestly, for a group of 6 guys between 25-35, this place has MORE than enough activities for 3 full days and we still haven’t played everything. It’s its own little resort.

I traveled to Nashville with 11 others to celebrate my 50th birthday and this place was absolutely amazing! 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, volleyball, putting green, arcade room, jukebox and karaoke! So many amenities that went didn’t get to them all! A mile from all things you could possibly need! Mike and Kathy were wonderful to talk beforehand and during our stay! This house offers so much and can accommodate more than 12 guests. Truly can’t make any recommendations to the homeowners because it had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!!

This home had so many amenities it was a gem within Nashville that needs its own zip code! The owners were incredibly thoughtful and gracious on explaining all the adventures within. Arcade, hot tubs, pools, fire pit, putting greens, you name it. A quick 20min drive and you're on Broadway and if you need anything else pretty much any store you need is within 10minuts. 100% recommend!

Hosts were super nice and very accommodating. Communication was consistent and helpful. The kids loved the video games and indoor pool. The adults loved the down time without running around as the home kept them busy. We loved the extra touches like laundry baskets and hangers in each closet, larger garbage cans in bathrooms, lots of towels and the jukebox was a huge bonus! The distance to all of our outings was less than 30 minutes - very convenient. We plan to return!

I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay here. The host we’re very nice and always quick to respond when we had questions. We were greeted as soon as we arrived and were given a tour with instructions on how to work everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes we needed for our holiday meals. There was plenty of extra towels, blankets, and linens if we needed them. Our favorite highlights by far were the hot tub and arcade. We spent most our time relaxing in the hot tube or playing games. The big tables in the dining room were nice for us to play board games together. Each room had a tv and a luggage rack. My entire group enjoyed every minute of our stay. Just can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. We will definitely be back!!!
The coolest part of our stay. Gave us a place for everyone to spend time together and have fun!
We had s'mores in the fire pit. Host had plenty of wood already cut for us and a wheel barrow to move it.
The pool water was so clear and there were floats and balls for the kids.
The large living room was perfect for our Christmas morning

Great for families

We had the absolute best vacation stay. We ended up cancelling our plans to go downtown Nashville because we were having so much fun at the house. So much to do for our kids (6-14 year olds). We didn't have one single complaint.

Great house, plenty to do (or not do!)

Great house - good location (25 minutes to Nashville), plenty of food places nearby (Center Point BBQ is literally 2 minutes - great, old school BBQ), cool games in the arcade room (though it is a bit cramped), and who can complain about two pools? Unfortunately, only there for three days with a small group, so wasn't able to take advantage of everything.

Arcade and Indoor Pool was a Hit

Took my family of 4 kids here and they loved it. The big draws were the arcade and indoor pool and as expected these were the big hits upon arrival. We really enjoyed our stay. The kids loved the basketball hoop and the 2 hot tubs. We needed a place to get away for spring break and this worked. The house itself is small, but that was okay. The location isn't really the kind where we felt like we could go out for a run and explore (there is a plaza with a Wal Mart/Taco Bell minutes away), but it was okay. The property manager was very sweet!

Grandkids didn’t want to leave the house

This home is amazing for kids. My five grandchildren range in age from 16 - 8, and all of them had plenty to do. It rained on and off during our stay, but the kids would just move from the outdoor pool to the indoor pool when necessary. My 8 year old grandson really loved the arcade room. He told me he rates it 11 on a 1-10 scale!

Wow!

What a delightful home! The descriptions of the property are spot-on, so I won’t reiterate them here. The arcade is a blast! And the pools and hot tubs were a hit with our family. There is definitely something for everyone and for all ages – if you are bored during your stay, it is your own fault! The hosts are very responsive, accessible and helpful. They have filled the home with many thoughtful, hospitable details … abundant number of towels; black make-up washcloths; two (2) types of coffee makers; well-stocked variety of k-cups and creamers in the kitchen; comfy beds, and no annoying checkout to-do list! We are looking forward to our next visit.

Great Host / Needs Maintenance

The hosts did a great job communicating with us throughout our stay. The property is in need of a lot of maintenance, though. The kids could not use the play yard. It did not look anything like the pictures. It had exposed nails, broken boards, the sand underneath was full of weeds and animal droppings and the slide was dirty and weathered. The bikes were rusted and in poor condition. The putting green was full of sticks and stones and was not maintained. Our biggest disappointment was the indoor pool. It is kept at 82 degrees, but since their humidity control is not working, half the windows had to be left open to avoid condensation on the ceiling. Thus, the water cooled very quickly overnight and it was quite cool in there while swimming. They did raise it to 84 for us, but the air temperature did not allow the kids to stay in long. The game room is a big plus and the kids had a great time playing the variety of games. Lastly, be aware that the downstairs exercise equipment/bedroom/living area that are displayed in the pictures, are not included in the listed VRBO price. Great host, lots of amenities, but the property is run down.

Lots to do at the house, but owners unorganized and unprofessional

We did not have a great experience with this rental. The house was great for our family vacation, but dealing with the owners was very frustrating. Positives: Lots to do at the house which is mostly as advertised. There is an indoor pool which is bigger than the pictures make it look. There is a great arcade, but some of the games are broken. There are a ton of sleeping accommodations and the bathrooms are nice. Negatives: The owners don't know how to run a professional rental business. It was a disaster. They showed up to clean the place the day before we were checking out because they wanted us to pay outside of VRBO for one night. The owner called to apologize when they realized it was their mistake. They never sent us any welcome information or door code until we texted them the night prior to check in. The door code didn't work when we checked in. I will note that we checked in early. After asking for early check in a month and a half in advance, they were still doing work around the house until 4pm when we were the first people staying in over a month and a half. The nicer washer/dryer downstairs wasn't even hooked up. The owners basically live in the house when it's not rented. When they have renters, they stay in a huge RV that is almost touching the house. It is literally right outside your bedroom window. If you want privacy, don't stay here! The house is split level so it is not a typical upstairs and not how it sounds in the listing. We weren't able to use the hot tub the first night because it was too chlorinated and burned our eyes and skin. Then, the owners were over trying to fix it for a long time while we were home (after we had been gone from the house for 5 hours). It is not in an upscale area, but there are a lot of big box stores. FYI - The traffic going into Nashville was pretty bad each time we went so while the house is 25 minutes away, it may take a lot longer to get downtown. Basic things you would expect aren’t provided…there are no wine glasses, no scissors, no salt and pepper, no cooking spray. For karaoke, we could only find one CD. Popcorn Kernels are not provided for the Popcorn Machine. Beware that all the beds are very high so if you have older people, it might be tough.

We also did not have a good experience with these guests. The week before they were to come, they sent harsh emails demanding that they be able to check in early. It got so bad, we called to inform them that we would need to cancel their reservation because of their attitude. The mistake we made was relenting and allowing them to talk us out of cancelling their reservation. Please look at all the other reviews if you have concerns about our professionalism or positive interaction with our guests. As far as the comment about broken games, we did have 2 newly delivered games that needed repair but we had 7 extra games on hand not even advertised. Instead of addressing each of the other negative comments, they are just untrue, unfounded and ridiculous. What we have learned is that a guest who demonstrates a nasty attitude even before coming is someone we should not allow to come & experiendce our wonderful property. If you have any doubts, please look at the reviews given by other guests. In the last two months we took the opportunity to repaint the whole house and replace with all new hardwood floors - which we were just finishing up the week that these guests came.
