Comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin that we stayed in was very nice and comfortable, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, I will definitely stay in a cabin from Elk Springs Resort. The only thing that might need to be done is they need to put in a full length mirror for us women to be able to see how we look after getting dressed up, other than that it was a great place.

Valentines day vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great communication leading up to the stay. Too much room for two people. The beds were very comfortable, the loft bed especially. TVs are seriously outdated, they need to update to smart tvs that are larger for their guests and space provided.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 19. feb. 2026
Thank you for your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We’re so glad to hear that you found the beds comfortable — especially the loft bed — and that our communication leading up to your stay was helpful. Providing a smooth and welcoming experience is very important to us. We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the TVs. Guest input like yours helps us identify areas where we can improve, and we will certainly take your suggestion about upgrading to larger smart TVs into consideration as we evaluate future updates to the cabin. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again for another relaxing stay in Gatlinburg.
